We have used JZ Electric twice now, the first time was for a simple kitchen upgrade rewire. Jesse impressed us so much with his work and work ethic we called him for a second job after we moved into a new home. This time we had a pannel upgrade from 100 to 200 amps, not an easy job as the space was quite limited. Of course it poured with rain on the day BC Hydro disconnected and reconnected to power, Jesse just worked through it with no complaints. We also had a car charger fitted and some other work done, all completed on time with no mess or fuss.

We were very pleased with the installation. Jesse and his assistant were on time and completed the installation very professionally and quickly. Jesse provided good guidance along the way. We will use his company whenever we need an electrician in the future.

It makes me feel informed and respected!When upgrading my dryer, I had initially planned to have the install and electrical done by another company. Unfortunately, they did not stay true to their quote, because they did not do a thorough inspection.I called Jesse for help and he was there within 30 min to provide me with a second opinion and a more reasonable quote. He also thoroughly explained the challenges and his plan for routing the wire. he understood the structure or my apartment building and that helped him plan his wiring route. He came back within the week to install the 240v plug, and worked around my busy schedule so I did not have to take time off work. He got the job done efficiently, safely, and stayed true to his quote.We had Jesse back a month later to inspect our apartment's parkade and obtain a quote for installing a level 2 EV charger. He was very helpful in this process. Unfortunately our strata wasn't as supportive and we had to give up on the project.We would hire Jesse in a heartbeat for any other electrical jobs!!!

We used JZ Electric to add a wall outlet for a wall-mounted TV, and the experience was excellent. Jesse was efficient, flexible, and easy to deal with. Plus, he was very forgiving of our overly energetic dog :)

He arrives on time and gets right to work, and diagnoses problems very quickly, even with my old 1950s era low-voltage wiring. He's friendly, professional, and surprisingly affordable. For estimation, He was the only one of 4 to UNSCREW the inside cover of the electrical panel to inspect it and confirm space to add a circuit. For the install, he managed to find a way to do so without touching the interior drywall. Protected and sealed the wall penetration with conduit and sealant. Very cleanly and nicely routed the terminated the cable.Competitive and fair prices. Billed exactly as quoted and actually removed the cost of a component that he didn’t end up supplying. He even took some time to show and teach me how to tackle a DIY project I was about to take on.Timely. Showed up on time for appointments to do the estimate and the work.I would definitely use JZ again!

In the summer of 2021, I hired Jesse Ngosa to install a ceiling fan in the bedroom and also replace an electrical switch in another room. Jesse was on time for the house call and was very efficient. Jesse was unbelievable. Beforehand I sent him photos of the of my old fixtures and information about my new light fixtures. He provided a very good quote. When he came over he was punctual and installed all the light fixtures in a professional manner. I will highly recommend Jesse to my friends and family.
