Had a really great experience at this Jack Astor's! Our server Gabby was so kind and very understanding of our loud crazy family! Highly recommend this place for families! If you get Gabby as your server, she will make sure you have the best experience here :)

Worst service I have ever received in my life. We waited for a long time for our food and drinks. We had to give a surprise party with birthday cake to my brother. I gave them 2 cakes before the order so that they can surprise my brother with the cakes, when we have the food. But they didn't give us cake from the time we came till we left. We wasted our money and more than an hour for such poor services. I have not seen such careless hosts and servers till date.

Had the best grilled salmon, the owner comes out occasionally to ensure everyone is being served and attended to. I can't wait to go back.

Manny was one of the best hosts I've ever had. She suggested a drink item to me which I loved, she was easy going, super friendly and gave off a good vibe overall. My boyfriend and I will definitely be back to sit in Manny's section again.

Update April 1 2023Awesome atmosphere, great food, great staff. Drinks were stellar. When Jack Astors gives you crayons you cannot go without drawing a picture. Thanks for such a great dining experience. The steak was cooked to perfection so good that we thanked the cook in person.

Food was good. Service was sub par. Waitress saw us twice, to take the order and for us to pay our bill. Both times she complained that it was busy as well as to apologize to us for the wait. We waited 40 min to have drinks served to us, not even water. Spent a lot of the time just waiting for a server. Again, the food was good, pricey for the serving sizes.

Came in for holiday lunch and was impressed with everything from the greet at the door, food and service.we tried cocomelon punch, burgers and salmon bowl.It was a great atmosphere. Everything came out quick and Meg was super sweet and attentive we didn't ever have to ask for refills or even the bill she was on the ball the whole time.Made great recommendations for drinks and food. For sure we will be back
