the driver of vehicle 34 needs to learn to use his side mirrors. If he restores houses as vad as he drives he should get a new job.

They are doing the upstairs floors. Specifically asked for a time schedule so I can plan around the noisy work. But they start earlier, disturbing sleep and mornings. Couldn't prep for a job interview because of the noise 1,15 hour earlier than said. Came into my living space without consent when I wasn't here. Emailed about it, no reply whatsoever.Then on this day the weren't listed to work. So I set up online interviews. What do you know ?? Hammering away anyway.Blatent disregard for people living here. Poor communication. Not very professional at all. I would never hire a company like that

Lemme preface this by saying the photo included is the AFTER photo. Unfortunately i've had to deal with this group a couple times now. Mostly because they were scheduled for work and did not show up three times. Yes, as in 3 different days/ different appointments for one job. When they did finally show up, as you can see in the photo (after the work was completed) it is still pretty clear there was water damage in this area, they also did weird things like move my entry door-matt into the middle of my living room and they left pieces of tape all over the walls.Don't quit your evening jobs boys.

I can't recommend this company enough. Direct Restoration was hired by our insurance company following water damage due to a failing dishwasher. From the beginning to the end, Richard and his crew have been absolute pros, helpful, responsive, dedicated, trustworthy and committed to make our experience as stress free as possible. I have nothing but praise for the quality of the work they did, from changing our entire flooring to replacing kitchen cabinets and everything else.What stood out the most for me and my wife was all the little things they did for us, like repairing a hole in a door (from a door stopper) to fixing some scratch on the wall made by a 'climbing cat'. When there was a concern raised like a paint job on a baseboard behind a toilet not 100% perfect, they would fix it immediately without question. They truly pay attention to details and care for the quality of the work they deliver.Our main floor and kitchen now look much better than it did before the incident. It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them.Richard told me before starting the work that customer satisfaction was his priority and he definitely kept true to his words. While the whole crew was great, I want to give a special shout out to Adam who truly embodies this value and has been amazingly patient with us.

Kassandra and her team were phenomenal. Always answered every questions and double check every information, my heart would be at ease after every call.Even when something would go wrong (which always can!) Kassandra and her team were super quick on sending someone to look at it and fix it. They were very respectful or my tenants and also communicated with them well.Kassandra went above and beyond to ensure that the apartment looked great, every detail. She did everything she said she would, she is trustworthy. And that is hard to find nowadays.Thank you Kassandra and Team! you made this craziness of dealing with water damage so much easier to deal with!

I am disabled , a oriental woman ignored me when I asked for help however her partner helped me.He said she did not speak English which after I thought about it, she could’ve just gone to him and asked him to talk to me she was deliberately ignoring me so super rude. When someone needs help no one should ignore them.I am super impressed with the black guy who helped me even though it was not his job… I think though cause it was callous and unkind to ignore me.
