Danny was the individual who serviced my garage. The concern was diagnosed quickly, and the repair was completed in a short amount of time. He was friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Danny and Dodds garage door systems.

I am writing to express my customer experience with Dodds. . Overall, I found the service and products to be adequate. However, there were several areas where there was definite room for improvement. The issues I faced were primarily related to the installation of the product.During the installation, there were damages that occurred to my garage, which was disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it was still frustrating to see my garage walls and flooring damaged. In addition, the installation process was not as smooth as I had hoped. There were several issues that needed to be addressed after the fact.I had to make numerous calls and send emails to Dodds customer service to have the issues resolved. While I appreciate the prompt responses from your team, it was still time-consuming and inconvenient to have to follow up repeatedly. I understand that sometimes there can be unexpected issues during the installation process, but it would have been helpful if your team had been more proactive in addressing these issues before they became problems.Unfortunately, there is still one issue that needs attention three months after the order. I understand that sometimes issues take time to resolve, but it is still frustrating to have to wait for so long to have a properly installed garage doors costing almost 7K.Overall, I appreciate the service and products that your company has provided, but I hope that you can take my feedback into consideration and make improvements to your installation process and customer service.

We got a new garage door from Dodds. The sales person I dealt with, Stan, was very knowledgeable and had great advice. Installation was quick and the crew cleaned up well after themselves. The quality of the work and the door are great and we are very happy with the result! Would definitely recommend!

Garage making noise after being installed 7 months ago. A repair technician, Matthew Robitaille was sent over. He is very personable and easy going. Thanks Matthew and Dodds. Great service.

Spring broke after one of those brutal cold snaps. Dodds had installed the doors back in 2013 for us, so 10 years on a spring for a door that gets used multiple times a day is pretty good.I was able to make an appointment within 2 business days. Dan arrived, got the job done in less time than estimated and the door is quieter after strategic lubrication. This is why you go to the experts - the job gets done right the first time and they do the little extras to make sure everything works better than they found it.Thanks Dan!

Denise made it happen! Dan was at my doorstep in less than an hour and got me out of my garage! Extremely helpful on the phone and a pleasure to speak with. Dan was also a true gentleman and showed me what to do in the future if it happened again. The nicest team ever!!

Dan came, investigated, explained, did some maintenance and educated me on my 9 year old garage door system. We used another company before but will only be calling Dodds in the future. Amazing service!!! Highly recommend. And the process was so smooth, from the initial call, to the service itself, and the invoicing! great communication!

Same day service, I was fortunate that service could be made the day I called and 2.5 hours latter the spring replacement was completed. Matt the technician told me it would be 15-20 minutes to complete. He recommended that the cables not be replaced at this time as they were all in good shape, therefore saving me money. Payment was electronically after Matt provided an electronic bill that was reviewed and signed by me. Matt was presentable and pleasant to me and wished me a good day.Matt represented Dodds Doors professionally in my opinion.

My wife and I ordered a door about 6 months ago. We had to delay the installation to clear out the garage for access. This took much longer than anticipated as we had 50 years of items stored plus an antique car kept in there too and we didn’t want to leave that out in the winter whilst we worked!Dodds doors were very understanding and held off on their installation without any penalty’s to us as we thought there might be storage fees!The door was successfully installed this week and it has greatly improved the look of our house.Our installer, Ulises, worked diligently and completed the job in about three and a half hours, including installing the opener.We will certainly recommend Dodds doors to our neighbours and friends.
