After submitting the request, I got my replies all back b4 2nd business day, complete with maps, drawings, and rulings with help numbers.

BC One Call
Pretty unsatisfactory (really non-existent) service in my case this week. Created an account ID after two tries, tried on-line for locate (map) no success. Tried phone twice now. Go on hold for 5mins approx then I get the auto customer satisfaction survey". Ya might have an idea of what I said. Have put in help request to customer service email. Other then "we got your email"

Bc one call ! One call ! No its not ,this is the biggest joke I've ever involved myself with .this place and all there employees should be terminated for lack of doing there jobs ! Bc One call lol bc one joke !

Based on my experience, these people are completely useless. My house was/still is flooding and the website was not co-operating so I phoned instead. I was given no help at all by their call-taker who was at best, unreceptive, short tempered and rude with me.......telling me to call back the following day while I'm trying to deal with a FLOODING HOUSE with 4 children.I will never use this service again as long as I live. Thanks for nothing BCone-call. You gave me an absolutely horrible experience and added to the stress by leaving a bad taste in my mouth.Is my flooding family home not an emergency?!?

So the property in question has under ground power and an hydro easement . Bc hydro sent a map that shows the wrong number of poles and no overhead line even though there are. It shows the wrong location for the power main switch and no under ground services.this service is basically worthless.One call or 50 clicks the results the same zero information.so far with the information this (worthless) service has provided I'm no more confindent than before I called.I guess I'll hire a Private company that knows what there doing and doesn't get paid to just sit on their a--.

The website is awkward, but it does the job. Use a desktop if you're having a hard time. I was able to do things on my phone but it wasn't easy to set the GIS parameters precisely.
