I scheduled an appointment online. About 90 minutes before my appointment I got a text that I did not have an appointment, their scheduling software wasn't ready yet, and I should never have been able to book an appointment online in the first place. So I stopped by to see if I could still be seen, but they were booked for 5 days out. It was very disappointing to think I was getting my hair cut that day and then discover at the last minute that I wasn't. This was my first attempt at using Honey Hair Lounge, and it will be my last.

Got a haircut here with a senior stylist and didn’t have a great experience - my hair was cut too short and the stylist seemed annoyed the whole time. When I had booked the appointment, they sounded super excited and said she would take really good care of me. However I was very disappointed with the service. Even after 8 hours, my scalp hurts because of how my hair was pulled while blow drying after the cut. Unfortunately, would not go back :((

Was mocked and lied to by the staff extremely negative experience waste of time. They messed up my booking and were very immature about it. told me I had replied to an email from their boss about the booking which I had not and when I showed thats not true they escorted me out with an unfinished haircut. Don't know why they'd lie to me about something I could so easily prove untrue and then freak out when I do so. don't feel comfortable going here again staff are very elitist and mean. bad atmosphere and horrible staff that treated me like I was less then human.

Kristopher is amazing & always attentive, I have been going to him for years. He hangs my coat, offers a glass of water, asks how I liked the performance of my previous cut, and what I want to done now. I love the atmosphere at Honey, the staff are happy there and so friendly! The owner Victoria cares about her West End community, her and Kristopher a boon to the neighbourhood! I always recommend their shop when people ask for a place to go, plus they have online booking!

This salon is beautiful and the hairstylists are mega talented. I've been going to Victoria (the owner) for years and she always does an amazing job with my hair. Highlights, balayage, crazy colours - I've done it all at this salon and I always leave happy. Highly highly recommend!

Kris or Kristopher is very skilled, accurate hairstylist. He can also do great colour. I have been seeing him for well over 13 years. He is personable, friendly, a great listener and makes sure the work environment is relaxed and organized. I like the fact that him and his colleagues are all consistently professional and polite around clients. It’s a welcoming environment.

Cute salon, has a very home like feel. It's cozy and very reasonable priced. The stylist I met was lovely. I didn't end up getting my hair done here, but I would in the future.
