Very bad customer service. If you can't talk to your customers correctly / politely, what makes you think I'll return?Horrible customer service from the guy who's working there today. If you can't talk to your customers politely, why have a job that requires customer service?Asking you for a juice that's similar to the juice I get but was out of stock, your doing your job has if I'm asking you to do some very hard work...Honest reviews shouldn't hurt you buddy, you deserve it...

The first time I went, I had an amazing experience with AJ. He educated me greatly and he took his time. He even stayed 45 minutes later after closing, just to make sure I found everything okay and to make sure I left satisfied. One of the very few places that actually try and educate clients. I live 1 hour away, but nonetheless am surely going to be coming back here. I would currently recommend this location to all my family and friends and everyone had been extremely happy as well! Thanks for everything AJ, you're the man!

Came by on Saturday for some new juice. Great staff, Very honest people. They Recommended the grape crush and I'm loving it! Seems like these guys will give their honest opinion when it comes to juices and not just try to sell you the most expensive like other shops i been too. Great juice at a great price ...will be back!

Been here a few times and I've always gotten bad suggestions based on my preferences. Destroyed two pods for my vape in just a few hours yesterday because I asked for something less sweet and got suggested something terribly sweet. $50 down the drain.

Customer service is beyond amazing, can’t go wrong especially if you are new to vaping. AJ has a ton of knowledge and is very friendly. Victor also has a ton of knowledge is extremely friendly and he even builds mods. You honestly won’t find better customer service.

I've been to many vape shops and this place by far is the best one I've been to. The people are very friendly and the store itself feels welcoming. The liquids here have way better taste then all the other stores I've been to. Grab the original GTA vape liquids, my favourite ones are creamy mint and double apple.
