This used to be a reputable shop. Now it is being terribly managed. They told me I needed new winter tires. So they set up an appointment and forgot to book me in the system and did not order my tires. Wasted my time and lost 2 hours of wages. Said they would reorder and have them for the following day. Called them and they still had not received the tires and would call me within fifteen minutes. Never called me back. I am done with this shop. Not what it used to be.

We have been going here for 5 years. We believe that there has been a change in ownership. With that being said, they still hold a very high quality of customer service. They do their best to keep their prices low and will find the best possible solution. I was there a few days ago and they had to install a starter. I got my car and 2 days later it wasn't starting. They figured out that it was a faulty starter that they installed. Now my car named Kinky Kyle PURRS like a kitten. Thank you OTown.

went in for a tire change on 2 vehicles, picked up the first one and they did not even remember doing the work, second vehicle came out with the tpms going off and i was told it would reset after a few kpm. went back and they told me the tire pressure was right and that it was not their problem that it was broke and i would have to take it up with ford. they tried to reset it and they went inside to get a reader and the next thing i know they were locking up the store and going home. they once again told me it was my problem and they were not going to do anything because i only paid for them to change the tires. now have pay more money to fix their mistake. don't go there if you want you problems fixed. find another garage. worst service ever.

Normally I love this shop, but I’ve had issues since the entire original staff was fired and new staff hired. I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic and was told they placed a camera in the engine and found a crack in the oil filter cooler housing. The estimate for repair was $1400 because according to them, the plastic version of the part was $900. I spent less than 20 min on google and found the part is actually $230 for the plastic, but the aluminum more durable version of the part for $290. Googled a video and figured out how to do it myself. Took the part out, not a SINGLE crack or warp in the part. But there should be since their mechanic said he saw a crack when using their camera right? This shop was going to have me pay them $1400 for a repair that didn’t need to be done. The replacement that was needed was $15 worth of worn down o-rings in the oil filter housing.I’ve been a faithful customer for years but unfortunately in the auto industry it only takes one dishonest situation to lose a customers trust wholeheartedly and for that reason alone I will not be back even for simple repairs.

I only trust this place for tires. You can get good service at a really good price. Very satisfied.

Went in for an inspection and they failed me, while marking me up for $800 plus in repairs. Car had been repaired previously for about $750, $1000 in new tires, and with two days straight at home for other minor issues and repairs. Said different parts needed replacement, while my car passed another inspection, no changes, two days later with another mechanic saying there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Passed it without any problems, at all. Wouldn't recommend O'town for an inspection!

Great service. They put in a new battery with no appointment, and I was back in my car within 20 minutes. Would recommend.

The amazing team at O'Town helped a damsel in distress get home when no one else would. They had me on the road in minutes after searching for hours and hours in the area. I can't say enough good things about my experience, they brought tears of happiness to my eyes and then sent me away with no charges. I gave the owner a big hug, ❤️.
