Cardinal & Keys Home Inspections

We have worked with this company twice now; once when we almost purchased a home last year, and this past month when we officially bought a house. He was easy to communicate with both times, and was able to quickly arrange an inspection as we had a short conditional period. The report was incredibly thorough and allowed us to make sound decisions about the homes we were considering. As first time home buyers, we also appreciated his maintenance suggestions and links to other companies that could perform the work needed for improvement of the house. We also found his price quite reasonable for the work performed. Philip allowed us to follow him throughout both inspections and ask lots of questions so that we could have a good understanding of everything. We felt very confident in his assessment the first time, which brought us back to working with him again this past month. Very happy with his work!

Phil provided 2 home inspections for us on short notice. He was flexible, quick to respond to calls, and timely in his reporting. My husband met him for both 3 hr appointments and found Phil to be extremely courteous, detail-oriented and thorough in his process. He even has a drone! Phil's written report includes many photos and easy to understand explanations of what can be improved in the home. Phil is the best! Especially for us as first time home buyers.This was our second experience in home inspection; our first inspection was done by someone else (who also has good reviews in google and I don't know why) and he did not really give us a peace of mind that the home we were about to buy was well-inspected. On the other hand, Phil did an excellent job! He gave us a detailed report about the condition of the house with recommendations and tested everything very carefully. Our home buying process was incredibly stressful and drawn out, EXCEPT for Cardinal and Keys. They were fast responding to our inquiries and extremely professional. Phil was absolutely amazing and thorough in the inspection (we especially loved the drone portion). He was very easy to talk too and able to explain things in a comprehensive manner (we didn't feel like what he was saying was going over our heads). Even better was that we received our report within 12 hours of the inspection. Phil is a fantastic home inspector. He has done 2 inspections for me and they were both very thorough. His inspection report is very detailed and he gets it to you in a timely manner. Even my realtor was impressed by Phil's use of a drone to inspect the roof. I will not hesitate to get my next inspection from Cardinal and Keys!
