I purchased a new standup paddleboard from coastline. Staff were great: friendly and helpful. I had a little problem with the size and Mike, the owner, sorted it out. Highly recommend coming here for your SUP needs.

I can't recommend Coastlines enough. We've made three trips to the store in the last few months to buy cold water gear and each time got standout service. The staff are all great - friendly, knowledgeable, always happy to go above and beyond. They're also really welcoming to total beginners. A special shout out to the two female staff members who helped me get the right wetsuit when I was struggling super hard with unexpected claustrophobia. They were so kind and full of great advice. Thanks!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Took my buddy to get a snowboard / binding set up back in November and they set him up with a beautiful kit! At a very good price.Just popped in to get some new bindings for my own board. It's nice to have a board shop in Victoria with a good selection!

Drew knows his stuff. What a great shopping experience! If anyone wants to learn how to service a customer, this is the place to experience it. Incredible product knowledge and such patience in explaining everything in order to make a great purchase. Strongly recommended. And it didn’t hurt that the pricing was 30% off. I will be back. Great shop - great selection - cool peeps - Mike, Drew, Bianca, Eve (sorry if the spelling's off) - all really down to earth people with a passion for the surf culture/tribe. Usually decent parking right off Broad St. Competitive pricing, and whatever isn't in shop, they'll do their best to get it ordered and ordered quickly.

I attended to Coastline on June 14.2023 and Mike Redpath (pillar in surfing community for close to 30 years) helped find me a new perfect fit winter suit .No thrills , no gimmicks , no up-sell.. just straight up knowledgable man .I returned june 16.2023 and had 3 line staff help my wife and i buy a long board , board bag , gloves , boots etc all while keeping our 13 week baby mini shepard Bear" occupied as we shopped. I dont know how else to compliment a store

The staff there was very knowledgeable and friendly. The selection was awesome, and they bring in new shipments frequently. They were also very flexible about returns and online orders. Decent amount of parking nearby, although all pay parking. Definitely will be going back.

This is my go to shop for all my surf related purchases. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I have had the shop go out of their way a few times to help me one way or another and to me this is why I always prefer to shop locally rather the. Online. I fully recommend this shop and thanks to coastline and the staff for always providing a great experience!
