Joseph was very helpful even though we came very close to closing time. Joseph went over our current plan and all new promo plans to see what was cheaper and helped us set up the new phone. Recommend this store for your phone needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The staff is very friendly and professional in what they do . They gave me an amazing deal on the Samsung S10+(the only location that had the prism white variant). I do recommend vesting them.

All staffs work this location are very professional & Friendly. They know what customer needs and make plans and devices fit for me. I will refer my friends to this location if they need to sign up Freedommobile. Also, Freedom network is not that bad, I mean it's really valuable with monthly rate. I love to give them more than 5stars!

This place was awesome. I’ve dealt with the kiosk locations, which are convenient but staffed with people who don’t seem to know what’s going on...Maybe because this is a stand alone store with an owner, there’s just better service provided.We just happened to be having dessert nearby I needed to update my plan. The process was so smooth and we got everything done fast.Thanks to Ryan. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely worth coming here from now on!
