Unfortunately this is the first Starbucks in a while where the staff were not friendly on date attended and ignored customers in the store as their sole attention was on the drive thru. Was not that busy so may have been a staffing issue with Management. Hopefully just a one off and not the norm.

My favourite Starbucks in the area. Professional staff, lots of indoor and outdoor sitting, and free parking spots make this Starbucks my favourite cafe in Bradford (and nearby towns). They recently built and opened this cafe, so everything is brand new.

Not sure what's up with this location, but they can never get my orders right.First bad experience - Ordered a flat white which was mostly foam. I was told it was suppose to be like that?Second bad experience - Ordered a iced london fog with light ice and they put 3 ice cubes lol. Maybe I should be more specific to how many ice cubes.Not sure if it's a specific barista that's making mistakes. But these two experiences were in Dec and May. They haven't been able to figure it out.

It's Starbucks. I go to this location because it is well run and efficient. Anyone who lives in bradford knows our tim horto s and McDonald's are a huge waste of time. This location keeps it moving without making me wait 20 minutes for sub par food/beverage.

Not sure what all the hype is. I find their food selection is mediocre at best. Lately they haven't had the fruit bits to put in their fruit drinks.

Who is very clean and quiet however the staff was not as friendly as I've seen with other Starbucks there was no real attention given as I was the only one inside and also I felt that they did not really take any kind of initiative to greet me.

Adam is very courtious and always says hi to me by name, even if he isn't working at the counter he checks the customer orders. I've worked in food and service for 14 years and Adam has an awareness of the store that makes the whole operation run smoothly. Great job Adam keep up the great service I am a regular for a reason!!!

I visit this Starbucks often and am always impressed and appreciative of its baristas' wonderful customer service. The baristas are always friendly, patient, and kind. They are also welcoming when asked to modify an individual's order. Love coming here for a quick treat or to do some work outside of the house!Special thanks to Adam who is always so thoughtful and nice when I visit.
