Très bon service.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience a few months ago and my dog is still traumatized. The dog handler was very rough with our dog. She treated our dog aggressively and swore as well because our dog was not complying easily. Seems like they don't have the animal's well being at heart. Do NOT recommend this place.In response to the owner's questions:My dog's name is Oka. She is a mix between Pitbull and Boxer. I do not recall the date as it was in late winter/early spring. We have brought Oka to you before. My wife brought her this particular time. Our dog is a rescue dog who has anxiety. On this visit, she was not co-operating easily with the dog groomer. She pushed Oka against the wall forcefully because she was resisting. Our dog is very strong. The dog groomer was clearly having a hard time and very agitated. So much so that she even cut Oka and drew blood. My wife saw and heard all this from behind the counter. She offered to come back there to help but the dog groomer said no. However, she continued to struggle with Oka and finally let my wife go back to help. We are not saying that Hollywood is not a good place to get your dog groomed....BUT for an anxious dog like ours, it was not a good experience. We are still paying the price ever since that incident in terms of Oka's anxiety to nail clipping.

Si vous manquez votre rendez vous attendez vous à vous faire raccrocher la ligne au nez you will be dismissed for good . Ce n’est pas une façon de traiter un client fidèle de plusieurs année avec qui tu as une bonne relation et ça je tiens à le mentionner .Je comprends que j’avais une responsabilité à l’égard de son horaire toutefois ce n’est pas une façon de se comporter face à un client.Voilà
