I see a lot of negative reviews below but i disagree. I had 2 watches Overhauled and Refurbished last year and yes the 1st watch took 4 months and the 2nd watch took 2 months to come back, but they tell you this timeline when you drop off the watch at Tag Store, i did mine at Yorkdale. Communication with TH Support Canada was slow but every email was replied to by Laura who is a sweetheart. I have nothing but good things to say with the service i got and how i received my watches back, like brand new! Be patient when sending your watch here.

Very rude customer service rep of LVMH when called them. I believe their call centre is based in the US. Not sure about the quality of service though, as I decided not to service my watch at LVMH after this call.

I cannot believe how customer service was this irresponsible. They are really annoyed by customer calling them and shows it to customer really well. My watch stops constantly in 30 min after wearing it more that 12 hours. I know about automatic watches it should be able to power reserve a DAY at least if you wear it more than 12 hours a day. All they said 'ummm I DONNO did you try to rewind it maually.... MAYBE you should try to rewind it more... ' you do not expect that kind of customer service when you spend $5000 and when its not working the way it should be in a month from purchase date. I wish i could give it a 0 star.

Terrible customer service. I purchased TAG sunglasses and the frame broke. they do not have parts nor provide dealers that can fix the frame. I was told that TAG doesn't support sunglasses (they manufactured) anymore, so just go away...Will never buy their product. I wouldn't give them one star if I had the option.

My experience with LVMH was far from what would be expected when servicing a premium watch brand. There seems to be a definite break in their process. When sending in my 5 year old Tag Heuer Carrera for servicing, I enclosed a note requesting an update on its status. No call. In fact it took me over a week for the CS team to confirm it was in their possession. I was consistently asked to call back, give it another day. All follow up and status updates were a result of my persistence. I was excited to receive my watch a little over 6 weeks later. Sadly, the crown was not installed and lay loose in the packaging. Not a big deal, things happen. CS was quick to adopt responsibility and asked me to send it back. Again. I enclosed a note requesting someone to contact me. Once again, no call. I was left to chase CS for some sort of update. It took me a week of being asked to call back before I was told it hadn't been looked at by a technician. From a CS point of view, I really felt this situation would have been prioritized, apparently not. I was then told by an empathetic CS rep that she would personally look into it and call me within 48 hours to give me an update. After three days with no response, I kind of gave up. To this date, I have yet to receive an outbound call from LVMH after two written requests and numerous verbal requests. I'm not concerned with the length of the time this repair is taking, or the $520 service bill or even the fact that my watch had to be sent back. However, the blatant lack of communication with a customer in today's market is not only insulting, its detrimental to business success. As I don't expect I'll ever get a call from LVMH, I can only hope my small essay brings some much needed internal discussions on customer experience.

TAG Heuer offers customer service that is trustworthy and dependable. You know that your TAG will come back from its service with genuine parts.Your watch has to be dropped off at an authorized retailer or mailed in personally; therefore be prepared for a waiting period.

I purchased an Aquaracer Chronograph (CAF1011) for almost $2000 in 2009 or 2010 and almost immediately noticed that the analog time wasn't keeping up with the digital. It was constantly off. I took it into Birks under warranty on TWO separate occasions. Both times I was assured the watch was fixed. (I should also mention that I Barely wear the watch as I am a collector and wear a different watch all the time). I have once again noticed that the watch is losing time and hence brought it into Birks at Bay and Bloor (in Toronto Canada), only this time, I need to pay for its repair... And yet again I am being assured it won't happen again. Why on earth should I pay?! Why doesn't TAG HEUER simply state they have made a mistake and stop servicing these watches. Why am I constantly led to believe this was an isolated issues which WILL be resolved.I currently own 4 TAG's, 3 of which are perfect, however this leaves a sour feeling with me and wish to let people know, to do your homework when buying a Analog/digital watch.

Garbage product and service.Got Aquaracer Calibre 16 two years ago. Already took them 3 times for service. They are automatic and suppose to have about 48 hours reserve.I always have them on my wrist 24/7 and self winding doesn’t work. They stop after 48 hours until I do manual winding.Sick and tire of it. The worst watch I ever had.Their slogan “Don’t crack under pressure” should be “Crack without the pressure”Service department seems don’t know what they are doing if they can’t fix it.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I sent my watch in to repair a broken stem. It took them three weeks to acknowledge that they had received the watch, and that was only after I called to inquire the status of the repair. At this point they sent me a quote, to which I responded that I authorized them to being the repair. After this I received nothing but radio silence. I called again the following week, and was told rudely that I had to print out and fax the confirmation form to them. I said I can't do that as I'm traveling and don't have easy access to a fax machine, and can't I just give them my credit card details and verbally authorize? No, they said. I ended up emailing them back a digitally signed version of the confirmation, which they accepted. Three weeks later I had my watch back...still broken! The stem was fixed but it ran slow by five minutes each day. Back to the shop it went. After several more weeks I received it back, and thankfully it seems to working so far. The three months that this ordeal has taken is far longer than it should have, and dealing with these people was difficult and irritating every step of the way.Never again will I buy a Tag, based solely on the absolutely abysmal service I've received here.Does the company know that these guys are single-handedly ruining their brand in Canada?

Send in my TAG Heuer Kirium Chronometer via a local jewellery storefor service as it was running 2 minutes fast. After paying $800.- the watch came with a broken band. Jewelry store repaired it.Then noticed it still ran fast, so was send back again. Still running fast and called LVMH in Richmond Hill. They then provided me with a FedEx return.Great ..3third time!Just now got it back where I was informed the watch was Magnetized but could be fixed on a Special Device".Why wasn't that be picked up with the first repair and fixed then?No wonder they only have 2 starts. Will probably sell it in the near future."
