The Family and Youth Clinic
The person on reception and answering the phone is rude and abrupt. If you have a kiddo involved in the Family and Youth Clinic chances are you are a parent stretched and doing your best. Interacting with a nasty person is the last extra kick any parent needs and by the time obtaining an appointment for assistance, parents have been advocating and navigating for awhile. The last straw is to interact with yet another verbally nasty individual.

Im a patient the ed doctor along with drMona were supposed to call me to book a follow up but never did. Been about 2 maybe 3 months now and i still have gotten any call or email about a follow up.
