This is worse then Canada post! Every time I order something from Amazon they ship with this pile of you know what of a company. Why do they even send an email stating delivery instructions if they aren’t going to follow them anyways! I live on a busy street I put in for it to be delivered to the back door! Yup you guessed it, thrown on my front step! Oh and what’s even better is that they completely ignore the sign that says to use other door/deliver to other door. I’ve giving my feedback to the company when they send that other email after it being delivered but alas they are still delivering to the wrong door! I would prefer getting my Amazon stuff shipped by Canada post during the Christmas rush then have this company, atleast Canada post delivers it to the right door.

Delivered one Parcel one day. The next week I'm getting a call saying they can't find my house and I need to pick up the parcel** Just here to update my review. This place has gotten worse and I honestly just wish Amazon would stop associating with them considering I pay for prime delivery and I either don't receive my packages or they decide to come almost a month late.I contacted the number provided and I was handed someone extremely rude who was cutting me off when I was trying to speak so he could finish the call. I'm not even sure how they made it to 1.4 stars. If you contact Amazon they will also send an email to the investigation department to see why Intel can't deliver the parcels because must be some difficult not being able to read Google maps or having the decency to not put my parcel under a rain gutter during a big rain storm.

I placed an order through Amazon for a Stanley Mug, which still hasn't arrived. Tracking said delayed and then delayed again. This isn't the first time my parcel did not show up from this company. I wish Amazon would stop using this delivery service.

This company is a absolute joke. First time I got a package from them they show up in a uhaul truck beating on my door at 10pm. I am now on the third time a package has bin delivered to the wrong address. If you can't get drivers that can read a GPS or English street signs they don't hire them. Honestly the worst shipping company there is.

If I could rate this as a 0, I would. I ordered a parcel beginning of Jan. It was “out for delivery” Jan 14th. Then “returned to warehouse” -repeat that for 5 days. And now here we are Jan 20th and still no parcels. I called multiple times and the customer service is horrendous. Couldn’t tell me where my parcels were or when they would be delivered. Hope Amazon drops these guys. I will never have anything shipped By them again. And by reading the other reviews I guess I won’t hold my breath on receiving my parcels.

I want to thank the driver Kyle Baker who works for Intelcom 4511398 Nova Scotia Ltd becuase he was so helpful. I had the wrong address on my package and did not receive it on time. Kyle kept following up on my parcel daily to make sure I get it. He was very courteous, polite and professional. The world would be a better place if everyone was as kind as Kyle

terrible service from this company. trying to deliver parcels to a business at night and on weekends, I called them on Tues to tell them that it has to be delivered between 8am and 4pm and Wed they send a message at 9am telling me it will be here in 3 hours, come 4pm no package delivery was attempted again at 6pm that night, after being told when to deliver, called 4 times today still no satisfaction or response about me picking it up as i need the parcel today at the latest. amazon needs to get rid of this courier service or they will start losing customers and have to lay off even more people get with the time folks and read your emails

Terrible company. Amazon sent my order through them and they emailed me Dec 2 to say they were on the way with the package within 3 hours (and named the driver), then after it didn't arrive an email came through saying it was delayed and it would be here the next day. Amazon showed it would be delivered within a few days (Dec 6-9) by Dec 10 Amazon said it was likely lost and I could get a refund, and these guys send me another email all of a sudden saying it was coming within 3 hours (new driver listed). It never came. No way to contact them and the email even says their reps only have the tracking info I see. Brutal carrier. I hope Amazon drops them.Edit: Today, Dec 11/22, they delivered the package. Still not impressed. It was expected Dec 5 then was delayed to the 9th at the latest.One star review became two stars.

Ordered from Amazon was suppose to be out for delivery, told me it was damaged and had to be sent back to sender, then they told me it was a mistake that the parcel will be delivered as promised. 3 days later, still no parcel like WTH is up with this delivery service ? Just tell me it’s lost or damaged instead of the run around. I need to wait to make sure before I order another item

Arrived at couriers facility at 1:00AM on Friday. Showed all items being delivered on Monday with tracking and the name of the person delivering it. At 9:30PM Monday said it would not be delivered today, but will be tomorrow on Tuesday. Well Tuesday, they didn't even try to deliver as no tracking. Wednesday now being delivered with tracking and the person's name delvering it with a promise of 3 hours. Well 8 hours later, delivery postponed and will try tomorrow (Thursday). Horrible experience for the first time in 12 years from Amazon. Canada Post is way, way quicker and I can pick it up.Edited Nov 26, 2022. It has now been 108 hours since the your package is on it's way. It will be there in 3 hours". Still don't have my packages. Ordered from Best Buy Nov 22
