Really bad experience with front desk. Specially Somene called amanda ,she is so unprofessional and does not even know to to communicate with patients. I personaaly recommend that never visit their and waste your time.

Hello, I really like our Doctor and the clinic is local and front desk are friendly. However, the phone lines don’t work, it keeps saying call failed, if they do work then the wait can be 10 minutes or longer and my calla get dropped. The online booking system doesn’t allow you to check if the appointment is in-person or online, it always says “Telehealth” and as I do both in-person and online, I need to verify, as I forgot which and didn’t make note.

I do not have good experience with this clinic, either over the phone or in person.Cannot book appointments online, and if you call to book, it is either very long time to get hold on the reception or the phon disconnect before anyone answers.Also,our doctor doesn't give enough time when we see him.I believe they are busy just because of the shortage in doctors around the province.

My wife is pregnant but they said they don’t have appointment for her GP who is Dr Nijjar. We went to Emergency they said consult your GP .Pathetic doctors pathetic service,Garbage people at Fleetwood medical .

I would recommend Dr.Mandeep Gill at Fleetwood Family Physicians, he is a very caring and knowledgeable practitioner. I have been seeing him since 2017, and I trust him with the care of both my parents and myself. Thanks Dr.Gill for taking care of my family!

Dr. Singh is a very nice doctor but this clinic could use work on it's front desk staffing. There online booking doesn't work, always says your provider doesn't provide this service and when trying to call and book they are obviously overwhelmed because it takes soooo long to get through to a person. There phone hours aren't the best to begin with, a person shouldn't have to take half an hour out of their work day to just try and book an appointment. The actual Doctor appointment isn't even that long.

My wife has a big swelling in her toe and when we went to Manvir Nijjar, he didn’t look at it even. She kept insisting she is not able to walk properly but all he did was order a blood test. No diagnosis but a blood test.Avoid seeing Nijjar.

Overall experience with Dr. Gill has been nothing but pleasant- I have been consulting him for my motor vehicle accident related injuries. Interactions with his staff, including Manager Sandeep, Manpreet, Ravinder and others have been easy and helpful. Dr. Gill has been supportive towards my recovery. Dr. Sharma is a nice doctor too.

My doctor is really nice he knows how to deal with the patient but the staff at front desk they are very rude i have asked them that my app is not working m being trying from 2 weeks i have uninstalled and then again installed it bur that so called laddy has disconnected my call without answering my question like seriously you must have etiquettes to talk with patient ..
