I was waiting with my meds with my miniature poodle off leash. I tried to check my blood pressure on the machine, and some blond walked by and told me my dog needed to be on a leash. I said thank you for your concern, I'll go. She continues to pressure me so I stopped the blood pressure test and began to leave, while complaining about the policy.Then some stock boy started yelling at me and trying to fight me. Even though he had been silently started yelling 'I asked you nicely the first time', . With 3 employees holding him back I tried to walk out. Even after Covid, the staff would not give me 6 feet of space to de escalate and allow me to safely leave the store. I warned the staff that my service dog was there to keep me from loosing it on them, and that they needed to back off and let me leave. Eventually 2 other employees were able to restrain the stock by long enough for me to leave. I almost had to physically defend myself when picking up my mental health meds. They clearly have a beef with Service dogs. The poodle is better behaved than the staff. Keep your big mean dogs on a leash.... Your stock boy clearly needs restraint more than my dog. I'll be calling the police

Was just in the store waiting for. My prescription when the blond lady that works in the morning time ask me what I wanted but if I needed any help I said no no thank you and I continue to wait there on my phone as I waited for my prescription she looks at me all suspicious like I'm stealing something like how she does every time I walk into the store. She then called for a security sweep in the store all of a sudden I have this little girl following me all around the store as she as the blonde lady watched me from the aisle as she did her work. This constitute as harassment and uncalled for what made her suspicious that I was stealing something because in order to have suspicion of theft you have to have five things in place not just standing in an aisle on the phone. This is an issue needs to be looked after

The pharmacy staffs at this location are very unprofessional. They don't know anything about the prescription. I explained my situation to the guy and he completely ignored me. He was super rude and didn't want to listen to my symptoms. I hope the manager of this department rethink about the staffs here. I see so many people complain about the staffs working here.

Been on hold for nearly an hour trying to get a simple question answered. Now I'll have to drive there just to find out when a prescription will be filled and then drive back again once it is. It's really not that hard to pick up the phone.

I stopped going to this location for a long time because when I complained about a cashier, the supervisor made me feel it was my fault. But I went back last week and this week and was pleasantly surprised that former staff are no longer there. There's a new supervisor who recognized us and asked about the perfume I bought. Very impressed that she remembered us. I forgot to get her name.

I just had a great experience with the Pharmacist Esmeralda. Very hard to find now a days a such great services. Professional, knowledgeable, politely and very approachable. Thank you so much.

We made a purchase here and unfortunately had a miscommunication about the deals shoppers was offering. No problem, we asked to return some items without leaving the store. Ayush was very rude, refused to return some items even though the system kept recommending a full refund. The process held up the line for about 15 minutes and then asked us to walk around the store to put items away. Definitely my worst shoppers experience

I have been going here for years for my prescriptions, it always takes forever and the people are rude and never know what they are doing. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you can they are rude. I get that they have a high volume but its really no excuse. I will be moving my prescriptions.

DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE!!!! Staff will not do returns. The woman told me that every best before date is perfect." She expected me to bring back open milk

Yesterday I was just shopping at this store. The saleswoman approached me and asked if she could help me. I was looking for a Vichy shampoo. The saleswoman pointed to the product, took the shampoo in her hand, and I asked for another one. She suggested buying a bag. I bought one. The goods were scanned, put in the bag and I paid for. At home, I took the shampoo out of the bag and saw that the paper package was damaged, sealed with clear tape. The product had been used. How do I know that the shampoo was used? In the second shampoo I bought, the liquid level was higher. The first shampoo ended up in the trash, as well as the $22 I paid for it. Well, I paid for my naivety. I was fooled by the seller's false professionalism.
