Laura and Omar are fantastic! I usually dea with Omar but I was just helped by Laura and they’re both great, explain everything well and I’ve never had any issues. Great location :)

Laura is really awesome. Very personable! She is definitely someone you should see each time you go in. Plus iv been going too this Cash money and they always treat me well :) They are one of the best in London.

I went to pick up a money transfer from Western Union location on Dundas and Richmond Streets in London ON that was sent to me by friend. The financial service providers at this location were rude, and asked me over 100 irrelevant questions. Think I looked different for them, and then at the end asked me to come next time so that they can see if I am eligible for receiving my money.Don’t send money through WU. The receiver will have a headache.

The Dundas location is incredible and the assistant manager Deszeree was amazing and helped with everything I needed help with. Great customer service and will continue going to that location:)
