I have to give 5 stars for today’s walk in experience with Dr. Malak. The clinic staffs are also super friendly and nice. Dr. Malak is so sweet and warm. My mom is extremely happy with her. It took us surprisingly less than 30 minutes and we got treatment which immediately reliefs my mom’s pain and discomfort. This is normally our first choice for walk in when our family Dr. is not available.

Came in way before 8:00 PM seeking to see a doctor for my daughters insect bite they said they were full and the doctor is going to an appointment afterwards. I’ve been said if the doctor can just see it and let me know if it’s emergency or I can get prescription over-the-counter. The lady was very rude and told me I must go to the emergency because the doctor is leaving soon to go to an appointment. All I simply asked girl was for the doctor to just look at her bite to see if I should go to the emergency and they turned me down and told me to go to the emergency.

Very poor experience. Came as a walk in patient and provided a urine sample to be tested since I'm pregnant and having abnormal symptoms. Was assured I'd receive a call within 3 days to discuss results and if I needed to fill a prescription the doctor provided and do an additional ultrasound. No call in 8 days. Called in and receptionist said to come back as a walk in patient as there are no notes on file. What a waste of time, imagine if I was carrying a child and needed urgent care! Would not recommend, go elsewhere.

Dr. NAIDU and Dr. MALAK are great. Patient and they listen. Both are very professional.I have been at the clinic many times and have never experienced anything but courtesy by the front desk.

We have consulted the clinic often before pandemic the physicians are good and provide compassionate care. We required to see the Doctor for the fever of our child could not control. The receptionist was very rude after waiting in line for half hour to blatantly decline a consultation for the child as he had cough. The staff not trained well without even asking the we did the rapid test and he was tested cov 19 negative just refused to see doctor where in we saw another parent with toddler where in mother was caughing allowed to see doctor. There needs to be some call of action on the highly remunerated profession to attend to healthcare of the tax payers.

Unfortunately, this clinic is very unprofessional. I’ve been going to this clinic for almost 10 years and honestly, the doctors are great but front staff has given so much stress, very rude sometimes and this has happened to all of my family members. Note that they are very quick if it’s a matter of receiving payments, i.e. for a doctors note, but that’s all they care about and not the patients concerns and what situation they are in. I’ve been ill for quite some time and haven’t had the chance to switch clinics otherwise I would have done it long time ago.

Despite the pressure the medical system is under at the moment I’ve always found this clinic to be really helpful. My doctor always finds time for any urgent needs and I can walk in if needed which is honestly rare with a lot of family physicians (who usually require you to book an appointment weeks later and many people turn to walk in clinics as a result). I don’t mind waiting 30 minutes considering there’s usually 10-20 people ahead of me. Not to mention the clinic staff are as quick as they can be with the amount of patients they’re seeing. My family doctor moved to this location a few years ago, and at first it was fine. But in the last year, it has become impossible to get an appointment with her that isn't a month away. The receptionists are always rude and unhelpful. I get told that the best way to see her is through her walk-in hours and then they tell me when they are, but when I call later to confirm her walk-in hours, I get told they're a completely different day and time. I made an appointment last year for a phone call, which they explicitly told me was a phone call and not in person, but my doctor never called; when I called the office to ask about it, they told me she was only doing in-person appointments that day. I love my family doctor; she's the best. But the experience with the receptionists along with the fact that it takes an entire month to get an appointment means that it's time to start looking for a different doctor and clinic. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Don’t waste your time coming to this clinic. If I had known that you don’t take patients who have coughs I wouldn’t have even bothered to come to this clinic. Patients shouldn’t be turned away just because they have a symptom of Covid. Did I have Covid….no. Did it end up being pneumonia…yes! I can honestly say that I was super disappointed in this clinic and the fact that they were ok to turn me away without service!
