Employees not helpful. Floor staff seems like they are more just “hanging out / socializing “They will point you towards the right area, then walk away?!? Poor customer service. Toronto, Vancouver , Edmonton, all had at least some interaction with customers

Awesome experience today with Chelsea at the counter! She exchanged my items that I bought online and I purchased some new stuff. Very easy to return *just need your online order ID number, no receipt*. Chelsea was super friendly, helpful, and professional! Thanks!

Unfortunately, this is the closest Sport Chek to me. Always get an off vibe from the Sales associates here who are younger kids/teens that are not really interested in helping anyone. If they could look at you and you’re looking for assistance, they will look away and walk off. They’re not doing much anyway especially when the store isn’t even busy yet they’re not interested in helping. I shop at lot at Burlington centre’s many stores including Winners, Home sense, Old navy, shoppers etc and always have had a great experience due to the friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way but this has happened here way too many times now to ignore. When I did get some help, and asked for prices, I was given the wrong info by just looking at the price label on top of the item. Yes, I can read that, thanks! There was a sale on going and prices were not updated or reflected in store (which is also an another issue). When I checked online and some items were discounted. So I was given the wrong information. The staff should know about this instead of stating the full price that’s written and that everyone can read. Please re-train your younger staff to know more about the products and prices, assist customers in a friendly manner. Sometimes I wonder if they’re not treated well to not want to actually do their jobs properly or are they just plain lazy? Who knows! But I hope somethings being done about this. I won’t be visiting this store unless absolutely necessary.

Sport Chek at Burlington Mall is fantastic! The staff here, particularly one of the managers Anthony, are wonderful and provide excellent customer service. Very impressed and very appreciative ♥

What an excellent service provided to me by Anthony and Hamad at this location. The moment I entered the store Hamad approached me to help. Anthony on the other hand went above and beyond to assist me. Nice, clean store with friendly staff.

Good selection but pricey! Swim suits are half the cost elsewhere, but I had a $30 off coupon so....

Great store with friendly, helpful staff. Had a great experience with Daniel in footwear, very helpful in guiding me to find the perfect shoe.

Excellent customer service from lovely man in shoe department. I believe his name is Daniel. I will definitely return to see him for future purchases.Update..I've worn three times and people say my shoes are too big . Not comfy.
