Steven and Cameron were great. I live a fewcities over and will continue to use this location for all of my Rogers needs. They both we're very friendly and made my repair experience pleasant. It was all a very quick in and out, Steven explained what to expect over the phone and Cameron thoroughly went over the documentation I needed to sign so I knew what to expect before and after my repair.Thanks again!

I had bought a cell phone for my grandmother. Unfortunately she passed away before getting to use it. It was close to the return time when I called and asked if it was okay to return even though there was nothing wrong with it. I explained why.. they assured me that even if it was over the 15 days because of the circumstances they will take it back regardless and apologised for my grams passing. The guy made me want to cry. He even remembered me from buying the phone and the phone call. It meant a lot. Thank you

Steven is the guy you need to go to at Rogers! He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and gets you into the right plan/phone! Joshua was there as well and he was friendly and I loved how they bounced ideas off each other. Answered all my questions and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting a new phone. Three staff members at this location. ALL of them on their phones and refused to help me get a phone plan..”call customer service and they can help you, I don’t feel like calling and setting that up on your behalf when you can just do it yourself”..wow

Pleasant experience. Was helped by Gabe, looking to upgrade my phone. He provided me the best option which was the iPhone 13 for 0$ and suggested me to change my plan to save money while offering more data. He was very kind, professional and helpful. If dealing with a associate I recommend Gabe, absolutely helpful and answered all questions while being professional and kind.

Could not ask for better service. Javier, Miles and Sandy all helped me and the service was exceptional, some of the best i have ever got in my life. Very patient, took the time to explain everything and help me out with every single question i had and gave me lots of valuable information and tips. My screen also died on my phone and they took the time to call other stores and troubleshoot to try to help me in any way possible Rogers (phone customer service) is atrocious at best so i was very very pleasantly surprised to get incredible service in store. Will be going to this location for any help in the future including upgrading the other 4 members on my plan. Incredible service.

Went their on a Saturday afternoon to get a Sim card for my new tablet which I spent 25 minutes waiting around when finally someone was able to help me when a women working there butted in and tried to convince me to upgrade my plan to $25/more a month for 1gb extra and a free" tablet which I already had. I told her no and just got the Sim card the associate Owen was extremely helpful the other person seemed really pushy and dishonest."
