I tried for a loan, couldn't get an answer. Then they ignored me, after checking my credit report twice in a month. Now I receive a guaranteed loan application in the mail. Thanks but no thanks! Red flags all around!

What are you expecting here? This is a loan agency, they have high rates but they are pretty easy to deal with. Did have some minor issues but all is resolved and if I ever needed it I would definitely use these guys again just for simplicity. They also do offer alot of promos and specials, contests and other things that make it so you could win a free loan or a trip somewhere.

I applied on the internet for a loan through my phone and was approved. They did not require fancy proof or any co- signor, and I was able to get my loan by submitting only a T4 and last pay stub. No nosy questions , nothing. It was a breeze. Better rate than other money lenders, as well. Courteous and friendly as well as professional service.

They are nice when you started the loan and re financing your loan. As soon as you started paying late,they call you none stop this was before rhe pandemic and during the pandemic. Worst of all they started harassing you at your work. I don't know how many times they called my work and even talked to our HR .I was very humiliated when they told me that Fairstone kept on calling. I was very ill those months. Finally ,i was able to fully paid my loan. Now they started to call me again to offer me a new loan. Do you think I'll come back to your loan company after the humiliation you did calling my work place. It was harrassment .

Fairatone is a pure trap which is very well engineered to cause trouble and charge hefty interests on poor Canadian. Everyone should know how they are beautifully create a trap and the momen a pray fell in, harass them to make money. I got 4300$ loan in a furniture shop and it costs me 1000$ interest in 7 month!!!!!Called in to the call center and there is no option you talk to anyone; all are automated machine. You eventually find someway to leave message and then when they call you back, they do not give you any phone number our extension so you cannot find them again and hence they make daily incremental interest. Good plan right? It is devil…Fairstone is also providing fake reviews and engineered surveys on its website to protect its ugly face from nice Canadian and lure morePeople into their money making trap.Do NOT trust them; they are not there for Canadian; they are only there to take our hard-earned money.

At first they are very friendly, although my experience lately has been horrible. I paid them out early in which the bank and mortgage broker dealt with them, I was informed that they paid in accordance to what they were told and the acct was closed, end of story I thought but no, even though I’ve already paid double the amount I borrowed and now three and a half months later they informed me that I still owe them money and interest. I’ve asked several times for my file and the amount they claim I owe. I’ve received several messages and emails stating that interest is accumulating and it’s affecting my credit but still no file or amount they claim I owe. Very unprofessional.

not even going to write my terrible experience, get a loan at the high interests rates of 31.99%. terrible company, terrible customer service and pretty much stealing every penny you got. avoid at all cost if you can.

They fraudulently added $4225.89 in insurance on a $10000.00 loan that they charged 38.99 interest on annually. That was repaid within 12 months. Cost of credit $8280.31

Submitted an application online one day then decided against the idea few hours after. Have gotten at least 4 phone calls now after not responding to them. They do not get the hint that I’m not interested. So annoying. Do not go here! They will harass you with phone calls
