I cannot speak on the services they offer.My mother is dealing woth a company of the same ame for appliance rentals. We are having a lot of problems with saod company. When I looked up the name, this is where it brought me. I have been callimg this company by mistake. This morning I get a call from here. The man was very rude. I tried to apologize and explain that it was my mistake, instead he would not let me speak and was extremely rude. I handed the phone to my husband because I will not allow a man to speak to me that way. He told my huaband to take a hike.

Did a great job when we first put up the monument for the first deceased. Very professional; they drew a to-scale drawing for our approval. However it's now 10 years later and a second deceased and they don't even provide a to-scale sketch with the new inscription (and they threw away the original from their files) so it now seems unprofessional.

Would give zero stars if I could. My husband passed away a month ago and I called to make arrangements for a headstone. Stanley said he could sit down with me and go through some options. When I got there he would not sit down nor show me anything. Told me to go to the cemetery and look at headstones. I told him I had already done that and was ready to begin designing the headstone. He then told me to look online. He did not give me the time of day and could not have been more rude or less compassionate. All he kept saying was they’ve been in business for over 100 years. Don’t know how he has managed that! Went to Martel and was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Martel supplies their headstones anyways so why you would want to deal with a rude, unprofessional company is beyond me. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with George Brown & Sons.

George Brown & Sons did a wonderful job on the headstone. Stan Brown was exceptionally helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
