The staff are amazing. There is no one there that I don't absolutely adore. If I were to name one person who made me want to come back here, that would be Kevin. He is the sweetest person and you can tell the other staff feel the same!

Omg what a disaster we had last night! It was my first time adding money toy app and it took FOREVER on the phone with the customer service. I couldn't understand the gentleman very well but we finally found my money and got it attached but how infuriating it was. My kids were so mad. But......the staff on hand were AMAZING AND HELPFUL!! when the situation was resolved I showed them all the VERY TINY refresh button.These guys are aces! I will go back often. We'll done

the line was super long and barely moving at all. when we finally got to the window, we ordered our drinks and food. we waited 15 minutes to get our first drink. the barista then decided to tell us 5 minutes after that our second drink didn't ring up. frustrated, we ordered again. we were about to pay when ✨️PoOf!✨️ apparently the second drink DID ring up. we were so lucky that we hadn't payed yet. it took a long time for our drink to be made, and I looked through the window to see that have of the employees were just standing around doing nothing. the only reason i give it 2 stars is because i liked the drinks.

Warmest welcome I’ve ever experienced in the shortest amount of time. Had only 6 minutes to catch my bus and Elisabeth made my Cold Brew to PERFECTION in 3 minutes, even though she was new (I think). My cashier was sweet as well. Excellent service, well trained staff. Honestly the best out of all locations I’ve been to throughout Ontario.

Did not go to Starbucks, so I can not comment. However, I did TRY to go to KFC. What a disasterWhen you enter the entry, there is traffic trying to exit North and Southbound on Bayfield, preventing you from entering. Then I parked only to realize I was blocked in by the drive-thru line. Finally, I got out of the parking space to drive around building where pavement markings indicated that I was going wrong way but that was the only way to get around building to the exit. Finally got to the exit, and a vehicle ahead of me was in the center of 2 lane exit signaling to go south and preventing me from turning north.I finally got out of that hell and went to Burger King.

Dropped by this store. Very very clean. Service super nice.Customers follow rules and keep social distance.Bagels are hot and very well done job.One of the coolest things is that they have a cold brew tap. It is so cool.Very very comfortable place to get Starbucks. Hope covid finish soon and enjoy its environment.
