Worked with Kelly and Simran and they were very helpful. Took me on a tour and after signing up also took me to make sure codes and all were working. The facility is very clean and lots of flat bed dollys available to help move your belongings. Location is also great. Security is very well thought out. I took advantage of the 3 month at 50% off promo. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star is because the price after the promo is expensive. But Public Storage price itself is same as others in the area so not a knock against PS. I just wished that it wasn’t so expensive in this area.

Great experience setting up our first storage unit with Kelly and Simran! They were super helpful and laid out all the terms and pricing before anything. We were also able to walk through and see the space before committing. The facilities are also very new and clean, definitely recommend!

We had a great experience at the Romina location. I would like to recommend dealing with Kelly. She was so helpful and explained everything from begining to end. She explained all the options and promotions and let us choose which was best for us. Kelly told us about all the features in the building like the dollys and washroom and showed us the unit even before we committed so that we knew what we were getting. I would like to end by saying that Kelly's service was excellent and she was such a delight. Thank you Kelly for making our move so much easier!

Service so far has been great! The staff are very pleasant and friendly. They are very careful to explain all the rules (don't be there after 10 pm!) and it's a clean, secure building.

Good morning all three girls are fantastic very good experience Kelly anooshka samrin. My only problem is u don't give long term storage for discount price it a hassle to keep switching units for good customers u should make it easy to extant .u should make that changes I would greatly appreciate it thank u

Went in to open a locker on Wednesday June 7 and received excellent service from the two ladies at the front desk. One was named Kelly, both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Informed me about everything I needed to know about the rental. Would recommend!
