Sport Chek

I am very disappointed with my experience with sportchek today. I had bought a Fitbit blaze in Dec 2017 but after trying everything, the blaze just would not sync properly. I took it back with my receipt. Apparently the Sportchek system had it recorded as previously returned. How is this even possible?!? Aren't barcodes supposed to prevent this type of thing from happening? The Fitbit was returned in its original packaging with the original receipt! The Huntsville store said it can't be returned because they can not over ride their system. Eventually we did manage to exchange it while upgrading to a more expensive Fitbit but we were not credited with the actual amount we paid. This story is not over yet. I will be calling Sportchek directly to determine how this could happen with their computer system. Very disappointed and I shop at Sportchek often. At least up til now

Ashley the manager and her team are amazing. My family and I lost our home and our two best friends in a tragic house fire back in April and we are now having to replace our entire lives. Ashely and her team did everything to help us and keep our business local. We can't thank the team enough for all the great service we received last night. Thank you from the Taylor family !!!!

My first experience at Sport Check was amazing. I was greeted by a wonderful young man named Landen, he was very nice and helped me navigate the store. He helped me out with what products to buy and even offered to get more from the back. His amazing service continued on the way out as he held the door open for us. I love this store and will go back because of their amazing service.

Don’t buy a Fitbit at sport check if it breaks they only giving you warranty in the store for two months and they just sent you to the website and they not even provide you the number . I guess is better to order on line not worse it giving business to the store in Hunstville, Ontario I’m never shopping in there again very disappointed.
