Thank you Kyndra and Chuck, you both were so helpful and gave us great service!!This past spring we purchased our John Deere compact tractor through Kyndra at Pape Machinery in Lynden Wa. Kyndra is knowledgeable and very helpful. We chose the appropriate attachments for our new tractor with the help of Kyndra's expertise. Kyndra continues to be there for us to answer any questions we have, she is very responsive and always willing to help. Levi in the service department was very helpful! We pulled in with a lawn mower issue. Gave a quick diagnosis, helped us get the parts we needed. Andrew in parts was so kind to our 3yr old, we walked away with a toy tractor and a fixed mower... 5 star service all around!

Recently purchased a Gator TE from Pape Machinery. Very comfortable experience at the showroom with Kyndra Knight. She was able to provide answers and was exceptional at keeping us informed on delivery/supply chain timelines. Upon delivery she walked us through and provided tips and information on the operation of the Gator. Have been a customer for 15 years, tractor maintenance, parts and, advice along with this recent purchase. My wife uses this electric gator for gardening and dumping her cuttings in our back compost pile. What a great machine! Will be a family heirloom in time. Fun retirement is an easy retirement.

Purchased an accessory for my John Deere tractor and had an off the hook positive customer experience. Kyndra got a referral from another store to take my case and had everything I needed lined up, estimated, including freight from the store to the port of Seattle and a quote from the port of Seattle to the port of Naknek Alaska, before I called back. I even got a handwritten thank you note. In the mail. Thanks very much

I purchased a Westendorf Brush Crusher from Lynden Pape Machinery. The Salesperson, Kyndra Knight, was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and was very efficient with the check-out process. The guys here are knowledgeable on their product. I had several questions on different tools and they were able to not only answer my questions but demonstrate a few things for me. Also the parts guys are very knowledgeable about the different products and replacement parts I needed. They've got the best chainsaw blades for Stihl and prices around on them. I come here for all my gas lawn equipment needs.

Very helpful staff at this very well-stocked tractor dealership. Tractors, implements, mowers, used equipment -- they have it all, and lots of it! They also have an astounding selection of parts in stock. I frequently visit the parts counter to keep my 20-year-old Sabre mower running, and they nearly always have parts in stock. Their service department also offered me lots of advice on how to properly maintain my new tractor and rotary cutter -- indeed, the entire staff was great at helping me through all my newbie questions in the process of selecting which tractor and implements to buy.

I recently visited this store to purchase a lawn mower for my home. I was quickly greeted by Kyndra in the sales department. She was friendly and informative. After answering my questions we figured out which piece of equipment was right for my needs. She worked quickly and efficiently to complete the transaction and maintained a pleasant professional atmosphere throughout the entire process. I've mowed a few times with my Stihl RMA 510 and I love it! Would definitely recommend!
