I came here with some friends who live in town. The side with the wooden tables had sticky floors and, while it was open to accommodate the number of people who were there, the lights were still off. I didn't mind any of that, though, because I was checking out the arcade machines. In the back corner between the machines there was a pale guy with sunken eyes who was just standing there alone. While I was looking at the House of the Dead machine he approached me and offered to sell me roofies. No joke. He was quite bold about it, although he kept emphasising that I should only put them in my OWN drink, to relax" and "get better sleep"

This is the place to be on weekends! John treats his guests like gold, and gets to know everyone by name if they are a regular. By the way i didn't even mention the great bar service. Most of the guys have been there for many many years so they know how to serve you great drinks fast and with a smile. I highly recommend going to Pablo's or Doogie's. Pablo's is a little more quiet and good for beers and chicken wings. While Doogie's is a place to enjoy some of Guelph's finest local bands!

The chicken here is delicious. I can't believe they have an AYCE special for full sized, fried chicken wings. Fried potatoes are a win for sure (think breakfast potatoes but bigger, more, crispier, and tastier). Love the retro pinball machines inside, and the patio outside is nice and roomy. Will be back!

Wonderful security.. but the male KAREN on roaids working the bar is horrendously narky and rasist. He degrades the security and lies to customers who are not cacasion about limitations to areas of drinking, whispers radial slurs, etc.Security especially pony tail handsome guy is boss... and the make Karen in roids ruins the vibe.We are investors that are scoping out the new and current bar environments and with the make Karen working, this place will always be a bad vibe like the steroids flowing through his veins.Goodbye any future investment and business ventures... thanks to your abusive roid ranger.

I absolutely love this bar. The bartenders/bouncers are amazing! If you know how to really handle yourself at a bar, this place is amazing (and can't forget, this is the most affordable place to be as well). Been going here regularly for about a year now and I gotta say, the people you meet are amazing and the service is incredible. Obviously may not be a bar that everyone enjoys but if you stick around, really meet the crowd (even play some foosball with them ;) you'll love this place. I will be here for years to come and enjoy every minute of it. If you want a memorable night with an amazing local crowd and are willing to get to know the staff/regulars really well, this is the place to be!

I went here as DD (I’m pregnant) with my friends we wanted to play some games and chill while they drank the bar tender told me they do not sell nonalcoholic drinks.. we paid for the only open beer at that point and leftOwner said they give away water and pop free I’ve paid every time in past

I've only ordered though Skip, but this is some of the best fried chicken I've had. Being a lover of spicy food, I love their Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It's properly hot, as is their hot fried chicken. The fried potatoes are crispy and perfectly salted also. Their regular fried chicken definitely gives the larger chicken chains a run for their money in my opinion. Would recommend!

Came here last night with a couple of friends and got harassed by a severely intoxicated man (he was obviously over-served) who we told multiple times we were not interested. He then went on to start harassing other women in the bar by touching them and even kept trying to kiss a woman who kept pulling away and telling him to stop. I felt the need to step in and do something since the bartender AND security guard were blatantly ignoring his behaviour. The bartender then tried to belittle me and my friends for stepping in, claiming she was fine when he wouldn’t let her go and we had heard her say multiple times “no” and “stop”. Absolutely disgusting atmosphere and behaviour from the employees. I do NOT recommend coming here if you are a woman.

First time here today. Really great place! Cheap beer, live music, a great patio, and they even brought us free some munchies while we were enjoying music.Inside they have some awesome vintage pinball machines and video games. We didn't try the chicken but we heard it's some of the best in the city. It was decently priced.Will try it next week!June 5th ....finally tried the chicken....absolutely stellar!!! 5 stars!!!
