Got a massage & cupping combo with Courtney n it was great! Most definitely recommend if you like deep tissue get er done kinda massage. Was my first time getting the cups n I'll most definitely be adding that to my sessions moving forward. 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I always go here for my massage and acupuncture. Betty is my personal favourite. She’s very knowledgeable and skillful in acupuncture, she is the only one who can specifically pinpoint the source of pain in my neck and not afraid to treat it. I always feel a lot better after every treatment. Her schedule is very busy though so you have to book like few weeks ahead of time to get a spot. Massage therapist are good too, like Amber and Serena.

The staffs there are really kind and friendly. The massage therapists are very experienced and knowledgeable. They listened to my problems and helped me with my back pain. Very clean places. They change the sheet every time, do the cleaning all the time. And every time after the massage, they always remind me to drink more water. Great services. Highly recommended!!!

I very much like the acupuncture service provided by Betty. An awesome person, friendly & caring. She knows the points and she treats you well. She listens and understands my needs. I feel well taken cared of and look after. She's the only one I would trust and recommend for this service!

Aliona is the best! Professional, caring, amazing at what she does and simply an amazing person! Truly a fantastic therapist! And this is just my opinion but Betty is the best Acupuncturist in the city! Her skills and knowledge for pain removal have no comparison. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you again ;)* Update: ALIONA is the best massage therapist at this clinic; she is very attentive and thorough from start to finish! She makes such an effort to make you feel like you’re getting a rejuvenating spa treatment! She’s so kind, makes you feel very comfortable! I will always goto her!! A+++An Easy 5 stars because it’s easy to book online and get in fairly quick. They call you the day before to remind you which is nice. And they have registered massage therapists to claim on your insurance. Massages have been amazing too!!

I've been here several times now and have never left disappointed. The rooms are clean and have the best massages every time. The first time was a combination massage which is unique and amazing ! I was so pleased to try the different types. I've always just gotten a massage as I didn't want to try a technique that may not do anything for me. I am now a huge cupping fan ! The first apt was with may and she had the perfect pressure ! Yes they end with knocking the feet which for me I absolutely loved (my dad used to do this for me when I was like after I'd get a Charlie horse on my legs ). I've come back for massages and foot massage ! They are the only establishment that gave me a foot soak/clean first before the foot massage. Bonus it smelt amazing whatever the put in the water !!I will always come here ! So amazing and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend may and unfortunately I don't remember the other ladies name who did the foot massage... But she's great too! Amazing !!

Me and my husband are regular customers here. Staff are friendly and easy to negotiate with. We enjoy the healing benefits of acupuncture through Russel who is very professional and knowledgeable. He will guide you through the process until you feel better. Overall, we recommend Relaxed Life Massage and Acupuncture.

I love going in and have a relaxing massage. I always see Serena and she's amazing. My only comment is that the sheets are too thin and it's hard to understand the person who calls to confirm or make appointment.
