I purchased a house this year with the help of Kathy Ulakovic. She is a hard working, smart and informative realtor. She answered all my calls with enthusiasm. Kathy has no problem going above and beyond when doing her job. It seemed to me she takes a personal interest in helping her clients. I believe Kathy did that with me. I highly recommend calling Kathy when buying real estate. Because of Kathy I am a happy homeowner.

Vanny and Carrie, the ultimate dream team, provided exceptional and timely service from start to finish. They go above and beyond and cater their services to what is important to you. We were able to see houses immediately, had our agreements drafted ASAP, and as a result, we were able to snag our dream home. They are both extremely knowledgeable regarding the whole house buying process and in their art of negotiation. Johnny Avella is an amazing real estate agent. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and has a great sense of humor that makes the process of buying or selling a property much more enjoyable. He is able to advise clients on the true market value of their property and works efficiently to help them get the best offer. He is able to work with your schedule and guide you through the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Compared to other real estate agents, he is basically like Superman in terms of his abilities and dedication to his clients.

Andrew lawrence showed the listing for my last viewing prior to purchase. He lectured me on not wearing a mask...even after I explained an exemption..he wanted to know details. I had to explain 3 times legally I did not hat to explain past that. I Said he could wait outside, he claimed it being close to the end mandates he would let it slide. Personally the guy acted like a narcissist. When explaing to him that the agent Melissa Thompson had helped me into an offer agreement without offering a way out upon learning no conditions were entered for my protection.Upon inspecting the home, work had been done and no work permits registered with the city...mainly they installed an electrical panel with no proof of any inspections, just provided a certificate from a year prior claiming work had been done, not explaining the two hydro meter install.If they did not release me from the sale I was moving forward with suing.Andrew lawrence was aggressive and by the end I didn't wish to talk with him as he spoke over my lawyer trying to explain things to me.Melissa Thompson played liked she knew nothing of the house as soon as I started asking about work permits. She had 3 months to correct the issue and keep making me feel like I had no choice but to buy the house, as she helped me get out of another offer to benifit herself.Not impressed over all and do not recommend.

Kathy is very professional and family oriented. She had our families best interest at heart. She always went above and beyond to support us on our journey of being home owners. We seen her at an open house and instantly said she was going to be our realtor. She’s very responsive and has always answered our questions and if she didn’t know, she would find out. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who has a great attitude and great ethics. Even after getting our home she continued to support our family and my kids in their fundraisers and a beautiful housewarming gift for us to share as a family.

Vanny and Carrie handled the sale of my condo with professionalism and friendliness. I barely lifted a finger and they took on all the work and got my condo sold quickly, for a great price and efficiently! Carrie and Vanny Costa really live and breathe real estate. This dream team was recommended to us by several of our friends.
