I just went to this restaurant and would NOT recommend it! There was nobody in line to order and I stood there and waited for about 5 minutes before one of the 3 ladies at the till made eye contact with me, and said it's busy and we have Skip orders." After 10 more minutes

We ordered 2 blizzards and paid for extra toppings in each- they had barely any cheesecake in them let alone extra. Very disappointed, won’t be ordering here again.

They have good food, it's just a matter of actually getting it. We order 6 cheeseburgers and watched them sit in the window for at least 5 mins before they finally bagged them up. I could have understood the slow service if there was a load of people and few people working, but it was the exact opposite

When we asked to unlock the door for the bathroom, the worker (a female) gave us attitude. After when we ordered fries, I was glad we got another worker (another female) who was more kind. The fries came fairly quick and they were super hot and fresh!

Stopped for a treat and to collect my thoughts. The new strawberry chocolate blizzard was unremarkable but the server was pleasant, but hard to understand. I returned to try again, let's face it, ice cream is my guilty pleasure. For over $5 I was sold a large certification dipped ice cream cone that immediately cracked and leaked over my hand and the table. The value was not there, so I decided to do the survey and air my concerns, but the phone number asked for was nowhere on the receipt to continue. Also the dq site was jacked and I somehow ended up on a site that asked for my credit card. When I brought it to the counters attention, she was like, yeah you can look it up online but the search if you don't know the address is arduous. Not worth the free dilly bar. Not even the old curly q on them. DQ IS AT ROCK BOTTOM FOR PRODUCT, PRICE AND SERVICE!

Ordered an Oreo fudge Blizzard same thing I have been getting for 35 years. They gave me some weird coffee Oreo peanut thing, I went in to the counter and told them it was a mistake and they were extremely rude. The woman snapped at me and asked what I wanted I said an Oreo fudge Blizzard, she informed me that it wasn't something they make, so then sanpped at me again about what I want so I just said and Oreo Blizzard will be fine. They made it I left. So I now have a 7 dollar vanilla ice cream with so little Oreo I can't see it.Horrible service.

A nice clean dairy Queen with a vast array of ice cream cakes as wellThe staff wAs friendly, and service was fast.The blizzards weren't well blended though and quite melty at the bottom. They keep it pretty clean and service is fast.
