I was simply amazed and delighted by the staff and service offered.To make this short, my dog injured itself (Broke an Ergo nail badly) and after making 18 calls including the CHUV that denied us, they said yes, come right away.The amazing veterinary took a look and said yeah it's bad, I mean my dog did injured itself the same way in the past but not that bad. She took him in the back and did what she had to.The dog is now feeling better 2 days later and is on the good way to recover fully.The veterinary did indicate me with exactly what she did, recommendation and even other health recommendations since he's 9 years old.Price wise, for sure it was in emergency so price was a bit more than as per usual but per experience with DMV or CHUV it was nothing.I do recommend to anyone, BUT please call upfront and be nice with the staff, all veterinary so far are overwhelmed and trying to do their best with every animal they get.To finish, thanks for the amazing service that was performed by the staff, veterinary in regard of my dog injury!
