Victor and the team are amazing. Seriously I cannot speak highly enough of their service and QUALITY. The whole process was easy and stress free, delivered and installed on time. We are blown away. Our custom kitchen and vanities are stunning!

We recently had our 1990s kitchen remodeled and decided to check out Prime Kitchens. We were greeted by Victor when we entered the showroom. Victor was very informative, professional and friendly. The showroom had various cabinet options for us to view. Victor was always available and willing to answer all our question while we were shopping for various appliances, sinks, faucets.We went with the Silestone counter tops and the quality of the cabinets and counter tops are excellent. The installers were very friendly and were able to install the cabinets in one day. There were a few deficiency which were corrected immediately.Thank you Victor for bring our design and vision of our kitchen to reality.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. From the get go there was disappointment and false advertising. The website claims “if you can dream it, we can build it”. I showed multiple kitchens with inset cabinetry to the owner who said yes they could do that. Only to find out later he thought I meant shaker and not inset cabinets and in fact they don’t do that. Well then your slogan is wrong. Then I tried to get a thin profile instead of the 2inch standard shaker. This is a custom kitchen so I shouldn’t have to do basic. I was once again informed this wasn’t possible. No solutions offered. He did tell me he could get me something between 1.5-2 but never asked his manufacturer. Once I paid I was informed it once again wasn’t possible. My dream vision for my custom kitchen was shattered. I should have walked away multiple times leading up to this and didn’t listen to my gut. Throughout this process I was only ever given one quote. I was informed 50% was due to get the cabinets made. There was no other payment schedule offered. When the cabinets arrived (and that’s a whole other issue - from over seas and zero reliability for timelines) he asked for the remainder of the money. However the bench and backing we ordered wasn’t delivered. We paid everything except a 10% holdback which we informed him we wouldn’t be paying until the job was done. This was a 40,000$ bill. We had no issues paying but after multiple mistakes we lost our confidence in the owner and were certain the job needed to be completed before we paid more. He has decided he doesn’t like this and he needs to be in control. So he is refusing to finish our job unless he is paid in full beforehand. He is not offering any solutions unless he is paid. His word means nothing to us at this point and that is his only argument. If you pay me I will do my job.If you use this company I strongly suggest getting a contract signed. Getting a payment schedule signed and going through every single cupboard, cabinet etc. The owner assumes his customers know what all his numbers and short form words mean. We had wood vanities show up with grey interiors. Not wood. Or even white. His response to me was “I had it on the paper as “grey box” and you signed off on it”. There was lots of words written on that sheet. Not once did he tell me “hey, let’s go over the interiors of your cabinets. Here are the options you have. What would you like for your grey kitchen. Your green laundry room. And your custom wood vanities?” He just took it upon himself to assign a color and snuck it by me. The first time kitchen renovator. His website promises a digital rendering of your kitchen in your own space so you can visualize it. This wasn’t offered and when asked for it he said he gave me pics. They were black and white basically pencil drawings of 3D renderings. Never in my home. When we decided to move forward we gave him our kitchen appliance specs. When we went to install our appliances our hoodfan was made too small. Our dishwasher panel was made too big and the microwave spot wasn’t centered with the fillers. Not once did he say he screwed up he just says well it’s what the specs were. His installers were so confused with the hoodfan and told us he in fact ordered it too small. But he doesn’t take accountability. The customer is always wrong at prime cabinets. I told him I wanted a white and wood bench in my laundry room from day one. I met with him to go over cabinet colors before he submitted our drawings. Let me say it again. Cabinet. When we got to the laundry room cabinets I confirmed the color green we chose. He made my bench and backing green also and blamed me for the mistake. We weren’t talking about the bench. Suddenly it’s my fault and my screw up. From day one we spoke to him about a free standing vanity in our master. We spoke about leg height and what the standard was. I watched him write it all down. I even drew what the leg should look like. He ordered a floating vanity and then blamed me for the mistake. I could go on for ever. Don’t recommend this company at all!

Too much overpriced as compared to other stores.
