Iron Goat Pub & Grill
We had the first patio experience of the spring with potentially the best views of the Canadian Rockies. Started with some tasty local beers then the Canadian meat lovers pizza arrived. I have not had a perfect crust like that in years! Napoli style with the crispiest airy crust. The toppings were spot on, cheese perfect. Our service was impeccable. This place never disappoints .

Our experience , best impossible .The good service already starts at the reception, very kind. Then we were sent to the table on the balcony, what a nice place and we enjoyed our view very much. We decided what our dish would be (all were delicious and it was possible to feel freshness in the products) I would just like to suggest an improvement in my pasta with shrimp, I think it could use a little more sauce to make it even more creamy and for my taste a little more salt (which I could have adjusted myself).But I already want to go back to this place, I tried a piece of the children's pizza, what a delicious pizza (I've never eaten such a delicious one) next time I'll definitely try the pizza.

There were three of us @ The Iron Goat Pub & Grill on April 22, 2023.Jess was our server & was engaging, very efficient & knowledgeable aboutthe menu. Want to see someone multi-task to the max?Ask for Jess @ this wonderful restaurant!The food is consistently delicious regardless of the various options we’vechosen the numerous times we’ve driven from Calgary to enjoy a great experience there.The views of our glorious mountains are spectacular.Kudos to the other team members, too.Thank you!

Iron Goat Pub & Grill
We were pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant when we missed our turn to the place we intended to eat at in Canmore Sunday night. All of the food was well cooked and perfectly seasoned. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations of what to order. I’ll be craving the butternut sage ravioli until I visit again! We will also return to checkout the incredible view from the giant windows when it’s not dark and snowing! Thank you for such an enjoyable dining experience!

After a long, grinding hike, we wanted to reward ourselves!Being Canada Day, we wanted to avoid the craziness of downtown as well as go to a place we have both had good meals at previously.We each had 1/2 rack of pork ribs which came with sweet potato fries, house slaw and cornbread.My friend was raving about their bison ribs on the way but they were no longer offered. We had the choice of Iron Goat BBQ or smoky sauce. I chose the Iron Goat after being told it had a bit of spice. It was flavorful but I unfortunately didn't pick up any level of heat.The ribs were meaty and quite tasty! Sweet potato fries were thin, crispy and came with a good sauce. Coleslaw was good as well but the cornbread was overly dry and hard around the 2 cut edges.We got patio seats without a problem and enjoyed the beautiful mountain views. Service was good as always.

This was a really great find on vacation. Outside of town, away from the normal touristy bustle we were able to sit on the patio and look at the mountains while we ate.The food (nachos with brisket and The True Canadian pizza) were fantastic. Service was great and friendly. Might have to come back here later this week if we have time :).

Totally loved it. The Game Burger is fantastic! After a hike when you are starving, this should be your go to place!The view from the restaurant is amazing as well. And the staff is really friendly and helpful.

The food was delicious and perfectly portioned! You could eat all your starter and not feel full by the time your meal came. The service was top notch! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good old Alberta cooking!

Iron Goat Pub & Grill
We went here for lunch and ordered their pulled pork brisket. It usually comes with a bread but we requested to replace it with additional meat instead for an extra cost. We were happy that they were willing to do that and kudos to the team for accommodating our request.The vibe of the place is nice, it’s clean and I really like the cabin atmosphere overlooking the mountains.
