Tried calling 4 times one day and 2 the next no one answered either time drove to store and one other customer was in store 4 workers talking at the front lol needless to say customer service is not a priority at this extremely slow location..having said that the ladies that work the copy center are amazing and should be running the store they are great ..management not so much

Was really impressed by the service I received at the copy centre. I had a very complex request and the associate was more than happy to try and did it with excellence. Was very impressed!!

Staples in Owen Sound has the greatest employee - Jason. He is very very knowledgeable and a true company man. When I was looking for a laser printer he sold me an excellent one. My emailing and printing is so much easier now. Then when my computer had the OS removed from it by a mean person Jason explained the cheapest way to fix it. Then he fixed it. This guy is amazing. Staples your lucky to have him as an employee! Thank you Jason.

Don't bother trying to order online for pick up. They have products in stock but after 2 weeks they haven't contacted me to let me know it was ready. When I contacted them I was told the order was cancelled because I didn't pick up in time even though they never told me it was ready.
