Working with Pete has been great. He was recommended by (several!) friends that bought a home through him that have nothing but positive words to say about him.He was knowledgeable and on key with the entire home searching and home buying process. Always accessible and had no problems working around our schedules or fixing issues. Peter showed my home to potential buyers. He/his buyers moved the stationary island in the kitchen causing scratching to my hardwood flooring, broke a pocket door, and left every single light on in the house (which were on for days as I had already moved out of the province). When confronted via phone call, he was rude and condescending stating “do you want me to sell your house or not?” Keep in mind, he wasn’t even my realtor. 0/5 stars for this “winner.”Edit: Peter, this is not spam. You definitely did show my townhouse on Child Ave. You left your business card in my house. I did speak to you on the telephone and yes, you were rude. You did not notify my realtors about the damage. The individual watching my house, while it was awaiting to sell, notified me DAYS later about the damage.

We have known Peter for years and will continue to count on him for real estate help and advice. We consider him a friend and now a neighbour! The staff that Peter works with are very polite, friendly and professional. Many things had to fall into place in order for this purchase to happen. Peter reassured us that it will be okay and helped with all aspects along the way. He has a great network and connected us with the right people.
