Talked to Matt on the phone and he instantly put us at ease about our floor drain that was backing up. We arranged a time for him to come by and he got straight to work. Very professional and polite. Matt obviously cares about his clients and you can tell he loves his job. When the drain cleared it was hard to tell who was happier, him or us! I would and will definitely recommend his services to anyone looking. I know who we will call if we need a plumber again! Fantastic experience.

We had a challenging job that required working with the City of Red Deers team ( who also provided great response) and multiple days. The work was done as promised and care was taken to clean up our dig. Very happy with the work. We have a new sewer line and water line that will likely never be an issue again.

Great customer service until they couldn’t do the job but charged me 500 dollars. Refused to even eat half the bill so will sick my credit card company on them. They couldn’t cut the roots in the 6 inch pipe as Their tool can only cut 4 inch which did absolutely nothing.

We like everything about this business! We are impressed with Mr. Rooter (a.k.a. Matt). Matt came to install a new hot water tank today. His price was very reasonable. We certainly felt that it was not being padded with any unnecessary costs. He was punctual. The quality was very good and he stuck to the quoted price. Can't say enough about the service and the quality of work for the price we paid. Any future plumbing needs will be done by them for sure! If you need any plumbing work done, call Mr. Rooter! You won't regret it!!

Appointment was mis-scheduled, very apologetic and provided a discount to compensate. Very professional and personable, great guy!He provided input and direction on what needed to be done and how, our house has old plumbing and Matt McGyver'ed something to get the plumbing unclogged where as most would have probably left it :)Would use again for sure...
