This establishment is extremely unprofessional and should no longer be in business. Their website, sign on their door, and even the man answering the phone earlier this week, said that they would be open Saturdays from 9-5, however, my boyfriend and I drove the 2hr round trip twice now, on a Saturday (during their business hours) just to find out that they are closed with their doors locked. I do not understand how anyone can operate a business like this. If things come up, or you need to change your hours then this needs to be clearly communicated to customers. I strongly recommend that if you are in need of the services or parts that they carry, that you go anywhere else. I can only imagine how poor their customer service would be if they severely lack customer communication. Please be advised, and go anywhere else, as a business that doesn’t value customer time, isn’t worth your time or money.

Ordered a set of wheels and tires, paid 50% deposit, was told approx. 2 weeks delivery. Called atleast once per week after the 2 weeks, got a story each time I called on where my order was, constant excuses about supplier shipping the wrong tires, and being short staffed, no mechanic etc as to why they couldn’t go pick up my tires from their supplier, after 7 weeks they finally say the tires are back ordered, a day after saying they are being shipped to their store. Asked for a refund twice, did not receive and had to call Visa to get my money back.Will encourage everyone and their brother to not spend a dollar here.

The best customer service around, super knowledgeable employees if you got a question they have the answer every almost time but if they don’t they will find out for ya. Great pricing on parts and I have only ever left the store with a smile on my face ear to ear.

The guys did some top and bottom end work and exhaust , tune etc to my 22 can am 850 outlander very good service, job quality and fair priced. machine is now a full out weapon great team that know what they are doing i will be returning to ptbo powersports in the future

New shop close by so I wanted to give them a shot. Nice young guys with a local start up. Fixed up my Kawasaki for me quick and right. Also got me a tire for what I thought was a great price. Stuff in the showroom doesn’t appeal to me anymore (Chinese bikes). I hope they grow into a name brand dealer one day. Overall really happy with the work and service I’ll continue to support them.

Three weeks and 800$ later for three diff seals on a renegade. Just to get it back with one of the seals improperly installed and loose bolts. Had to bring it back. At least they fixed it the same day. Over priced for the service I received.

Much like the guy who ordered the wheels & tires that never came.I ordered a CVTech clutch for my CanAm that never came! Every time I called, Mike kept says they are coming in the next few days… that was 8 weeks ago!Not recommended

Pretty cool store, really down to earth and friendly staff, they did a full maintenance on my side by side and got me some new rubber, I have now put 1300km on. No problems at all. The tires they recommended work perfectly for my use. 10/10 would recommend this shop/store
