We are so glad we decided to spend the money to update our countertops. Jason and the guys at Moda Stone are extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful throughout the entire process. Install was only a few days. Price was reasonable. The result is perfect. Even our 2 year-old said “I like your new countertops!” Highly recommend choosing Moda Stone for a more personalized experience than bigger commercial companies like, Lowe’s, for example. The granite here us is amazing along with the customer service.

I am a bit tardy in my review. We’ve had our countertops for about 4 months now and we love them! Still!Nick Landon was our salesman and I would recommend him and his team to anyone thinking about purchasing a hard surface countertop.Nick made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way, including getting the granite pattern the way we wanted it.His installation team was excellent. They were not only expert at their jobs, but they were fun to be around, too.We get so many compliments on our countertops and everyone asks where we got them.I would recommend that everyone who is getting a new countertop check out Moda Stone. They are 5 stars!

During the first attempt to install our bar countertop they didn't follow the plans and cut the bar short by a foot. The corners were also suppose to be rounded but were not. In their attempt to fix the problem over 2 months later they did get the length right but still didn't round the corners. Never did I get a drawing of their designs/measurements. they installed the 2nd countertop but didn't bother to seal it like they did the first time. It's now been 2 weeks with no attempt from them to correct the mistake or make it right. We went with a different company for our kitchen countertops due to Moda's slow turnaround time. Much better service from the other company. I won't be be using moda stone in the future, nor will our builder.

Do not do business with this company. They installed our countertop last August after demanding full payment prior to ordering the product which should have been a red flag. The shoddily cut product was installed by 2 young men that were told to “make it fit and we’ll deal with it later.” We were not happy with the finished install. The seam does not match as they promised it would. We have contacted the company dozens of times and no one will return our calls. We have left many messages and they have all been ignored. We regret ever walking in the door and trusting these people!

Had a great experience with the staff at Moda Stone. Our sales guy, Nick, was great and didn't rush me into any decisions. He followed up immediately with any question I had. The installation was quick and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for fantastic customer service and beautiful countertops.

Very, very pleased with our experience with Modastone. The granite countertops they installed in our kitchen absolutely transformed our remodel project!Nick did a masterful job of keeping us informed with the status. When the slab we chose was not suitable for install they provided a more expensive alternative at the same price. Who does that these days? We have had many people over for dinner in our new kitchen and that is the first thing they notice— who did your granite, it is absolutely stunning!! I would recommend them with no reservations and will definitely use them again on our next project. The warranty on the granite sealer is exceptional too.I give a Modastone an A+!

Moda Stone was great to work with from start to finish of our kitchen countertop replacement. They worked with us on the design layout of the granite slabs we picked out to make sure it was what we wanted in terms of the final appearance. The installation was accomplished promptly and looks great. Looking forward to enjoying the granite countertops for years to come.

Update AUG contacted by Moda srone sent a rep to make the items correct and will say they did refund the charges for brakets. I now would do buisness by giving yhem addtional opertunity to correctPoor service from start to finsh! They dropped the ball multiple times dont spend your money here. Also they did not install metal brakets they charged me $200.00 plus for. Then said they would not warranty that peace unless they get installed buy removing scraching up the walls erc again. After i fixed the damage from the first install was not going to let them damage again. I said refund me the charge for the metal brakets they said ok did change order. Month no refund and they donr return calls or text.also not one time fram deadline was meet by them not 1

Nick was great to work with. He saved us a bunch of money on our kitchen countertops and they look incredible! When the countertops we're installed they covered the floor and left our kitchen cleaner than before. Best part is you can't even find where the two slabs come together. We will be back for sure.
