Customer service was excellent. I had an emergency maintenance required for my vehicle. The Service manager Sonya was very accommodating and provided me with available times for the next day. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Steven. He provided immediate service, while explaining maintenance expectations and possible eta of completion. Steven, the arranged Shuttle service back home. Shuttle ride was very pleasant... sorry to the driver, as his name just slipped my mind. During the process, Steven communicated with me regularly via phone text. I picked up my car the following day with Shuttle service. Amazing service to the Service and mechanical Team!

Great dealership. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Henry the Corvette Cowboy went above and beyond trying to meet our specific and time sensitive requirements for a new vehicle. Although the available inventory hindered a sale on this occasion we’ll definitely be back and recommend the dealership to our friends. Bought a used SUV from Preston (Graham Barr) in March 2023. Overall the experience was very good and I definately have no hesitation in recommending them. They even agreed to perform a couple small warranty" replacements shortly after the purchase to keep my happy. Will certainly return for future vehicle purchase considerations. I want to express my appreciation for the valued customer service Chris Whiles provided me with today. I was wanting to find out what my vehicle I had purchased from them 5 years ago would be worth now and was more than happy to walk me through the key points and concerns that I would need to consider and was pleasantly surprised to find that my vehicle was actually worth $5,000.00 mor than what I had thought. I just bought a brand new Cadillac from Preston GM. My salesperson was George and he was very easy to deal with and very thorough. He took the time to show me every feature on my new ride. Muhammed was the sales manager. We hammered out a deal in 12 minutes...record time...he listened to reason and I believe he truly wanted to make me happy. Erica in finance was a breath of fresh air...not pushy about extended this extended that...but she did explain the products available and details of my purchase thoroughly. The only complaint was...you would think wheel locks would come standard on a 53k vehicle but they do not lol? I would would buy from them again...but I would make sure lock nuts were included.

My 2023 Acadia had some issues that stemmed from the dealership I purchased it at, being a different location in Alberta.It was a frustrating affair, all things considered, but the technicians and management at Preston GMC worked tirelessly to remedy the problems, with incredible transparency and professionalism throughout the whole process. I don't live in this area, but if I'm ever in the area again and needing assistance with my vehicle, it'll be Preston GMC that I call.I short, I could not have been happier with the excellent service I received here!

Great service department! I was using the dealer where I bought my truck but decided to try them out as distance for me was about the same. I found this one better in the following ways.1. Do not need to struggle to find parking as you can drive right in.2. Garage is very tidy, no boxes stacked everywhere.3. Was able to book an actual appointment, not drop off at opening and it may be done in the afternoon.4. Gave it a wash after. The other dealer never did this!

Dropped vechicle off at 11am for oil change , everyone was very nice , 2 girls on the desk are very good at their jobs & picked up truck at 3:30 pm, would have been happy to have vechicle back by 2 pm

Graham and the service team did an incredible job assisting me with getting the HVAC system replaced on my Spark while I’ve been navigating a difficult and time-sensitive situation. Their kindness and determination to help me get the fix my car needed before leaving town has made an immeasurable difference to me. I cannot recommend Chevrolet in Langley enough.

The experience I had was beyond great, I feared going in to the dealers since the start,, not sure what is was expecting. But after going to 2 mechanics this was the best option. Happy we did ask I need to drive a safe car, I am constantly driving my husband to appts due to kidney failure. This for sure is one less thing to worry about. Thank you to Keith for driving us.
