I was in dire need of a handyman to assist one of our truck driver remove a wooden create used to protect a new sensitive machine delivered from Mississauga to a bank location in Ottawa. I did a quick search on the internet and found Kloss Handyman Services. Put a phone call through to Kloss and within minutes, he was already at the location to inspect the laydown area ahead of the truck arrival. The job was professionally executed at a pocket friendly price. I will definitely use Kloss for future jobs in Ottawa.

I had a broken front door handle that prevented me from using it. Also it was stuck in the closed door position which prevented the use of the door. Wolfgang came on a Sunday afternoon and quickly and professionally replaced it with a new handle that allowed the use of the door as intended. Also the service charge was reasonable. I would not hesitate to call again for assistance.

I called this company yesterday because the bathroom soap holder in my shower broke, leaving sharp edges and it was going to be dangerous to use the shower because of it. Wolfgang called me back immediately. He was on the east end and only had a 3 hour free window the next day but drove over to the west end nevertheless, to help me out. He was very nice and personable and removed the broken soap holder for me. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing a handyman or anyone needing any type of renovations.

I recently bought a walk in bathtub.There were issues with the computer, and drains.the first repair men who came left saying they didn’t know how to fix it. The company gave them a utube tutorial, problems were not resolved. Wolfgang Kloss came with his team and resolved the issues. I highly recommend his services

Could not be happier. On the coldest day we have had so far this winter, Wolfgang came to my rental property to fix a leaking toilet. Without even touching anything he accurately diagnosed the cause, and walked me through the repair he was going to make.He was not only fast and professional, but also very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an experienced, knowledgeable handyman.Will for sure be using his services again if/when something else breaks that I am unable to fix.

We booked kloss handyman for installation of ramps and he asked me to pay him advance as he wanted to purchase the materials but after the payment he never responded to my calls and never returned back my emails. Our district manager visited his office three times but no one answered. we paid 700 CAD in advance and its been 6 months we did not heard back from him. Definitely do not recommend this vendor
