Great staff but I can’t recommend the Diamond series paint. One colour needed 3 coats to cover. The other had this weird issue where the coloring seemed to be separating out of the paint and would not blend in. Even after 3 coats and constant mixing some spots were darker/lighter than others and looked terrible. Had to buy a gallon from the “other guys” and now looks great.

Terrific staff members who are always willing to help and offer great advice. Knowledge of different colours, textures and lighting has always been so helpful. The paint quality is fantastic and is only outweighed by the experience I've always had in the store!

Nice clean well lite store. Manager was extremely busy and in need of staff but she managed to address all customers in a fast and speedy process. She also seemed very knowledgeable as I over heard her dealing with another customer. Great service for being understaffed.

The staff at this location are so kind and have made ordering during a lockdown a breeze. I was worried the process would be complicated but they answered every question I had with ease. I decided on the Diamond brand for my main entrance and I have never been more impressed with paint. What a great recommendation! Thank you guys! Will absolutely be shopping here again!

This is a great store especially at the highland hills Mall location. The individual's who work there are great people all of whom aside from just being very nice to chat with are incredibly knowledgeable and more than willing to offer suggestions and answer questions. In conclusion , sales are running very frequently and they tend to offer very significant savings. If you are in need of paint or painting supplies I would highly recommend giving deluxe paints at the highland hills Mall in Kitchener a try.

The team was incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided assistance matching to colors from another paint supplier for our initial order. After starting out project and realizing it was not the look we expected they were so patient providing alternatives and helping to remix the paint. We got exactly the colors we were looking for and are so happy with the end results.
