Rosie's BBQ and Smokehouse

Vancouver finally has amazing BBQ!! We pre-ordered and pick up was super quick and easy. I'm not even sure which part of the, meal to mention first, we got a lot of food and all of it was good. Brisket and sausage links were moist, perfectly smoked and great flavor. The pit beans had a great amount of spice to them. You have to try the banana pudding, it was *chef's kiss*.

Just picked up a Selection of menu items, smoked cheddar sausage with jalapeño ;very nice , smoked half chicken :beautiful excellent flavour ,brisket sandwich :I chose to get the barbeque sauce on the side so I could taste the brisket separately and then I added the sauce a little bit after. We tried two desserts; the banana pudding was the only dish out of everything we tried that we didn’t care for . it it had a strange aftertaste like fake banana or something. The cherry hand pies were delightful and I highly recommend. All in all I will have to keep tracking this food truck down because I’m going to be buying in bulk ! I love everything I had.

Ordered a smoked chicken sandwich; finished about 30 seconds ago and had to write this review.Fantastic sandwich! Not to messy; loads of chicken, the white sauce was very flavourful but it didn't over power everything which was perfect.Would deff recommend!

The best BBQ in Vancouver. I have been lucky enough to try the whole menu, from buttery tender brisket, to smoked sausages, back back ribs, and authentic Southern side dishes. It's all awesome and I guarantee that it's well worth tracking Rosie's down at their next brewery pop-up or food truck event!

Tried their taco pop up shop at Batch Vancouver this summer. The tacos were delicious and we decided to try all five tacos which included pulled pork, brisket, barbacoa, carne asada, and smoked pork. Good portion sizes and really tasty!

Went to the food truck at 200 granville and was entirely underwhelmed. The brisket was good, but nothing to write home about. The bbq sauce was very vinegary and not smoky. The mac and cheese salad was anything but. It was basic macaroni Salas (and very dry, little sauce at that) with a little bit of unmelted grated cheddar cheese mixed in. Why call it mac and cheese salad when it's not that. The homemade ice tea and lemonade were both good, not too sweet. The price for what we got means we won't be returning.

Unbelievably good, literally some of the best food I’ve ever had. And I’m a very picky foodie. Blew my mind , best beans I’ve had , pulled pork and brisket were next level. Killer cornbread and slaw, and the banana pudding was the perfect finish. So satisfied, just need a nap now. ;)Also I feel it was good value. Easily worth the cost.
