Comment and rating absolutely amended. After leaving this review here I called back to what I thought was the same company as my original review and it was not. I was met with the most absolutely wonderful two people you ever talked to. Kind compassionate and very helpful as the gave me a very helpful contact for the appropriate place to call. Thank you so much for taking the time to be kind. It really was an amazing end to my not amazing start!

If you have a complaint against a hotel they can't help you. They advocate for hotels and they are supporting their bad practices by letting customers know that there are no governing bodies to oversee hotels.

Great people. While dealing with an unpleasant stay at a hotel my wife encountered a less than professional person employed by another hotel association. By contrast the staff at the ahla were very professional and kind! Great job guys!

Web page appears to be broken, my suggestion is to lower fantasyland hotels rating to 3 stars as they no longer meet many of the requirements of a 4 star hotel! Some examples are no continental breakfast at all, dated decor, outdated HVAC system, poor road noise reduction in rooms, dirty rooms and slow elevators that can’t handle the volume of people staying!
