I've always appreciated Ms. Anand as an intelligent, pragmatic, effective, and well-spoken MP. I thought she was effective at acquiring vaccines and materials during the pandemic and she is now facing a mountain of a hurdle in tackling the mess that is the CAF. However, she is one of a few MPs I view as capable of taking on this task and she is certainly an improvement over the previous minister.

Really amazing staff!!! I emailed Breanna to get a congratulatory certificate for my club about a week before and it's going into our mailbox soon!!! Breanna replies quickly (usually in less than 24 hours) and she is kind and clear!

I put in a request for help with a matter two months ago. Regarding an issue that had already been outstanding for six month with the Ministry of Transportation. I followed up on the request after one month of submission and the representative simply emailed me to say they reached out to the Ministry of Transport and received no response and they would let me know IF they get a response. I subsequently followed up again a few weeks later and I spoke to NEW person in her office who said I might have fill out a new inquiry form for a second time since this new person could not access the emails of the previous representative I dealt with. I only have needed to reach out to another MP's office one other time when I resided in Ottawa and that experience was far superior to the service level received to date from Anand's office. Not sure if anyone in Anita Anand's office has done anything more than just sent an email. Something I have been trying for months on my own. A lack lustre effort and I am very disappointed in the process and attention her office gives to a constituent in her riding.
