R-K Carpet, Upholstery & Duct Cleaning

Paid for duct cleaning on my home and had them complete it when I was not home. They did not use a negative pressure system while cleaning and reported completion within 30 minutes of arrival. When I got home and inspected the vents there were vents that had not been cleaned and still had visible debris in them. They could not show me “before and after” pictures of their work completed. Would not recommend.

We had a flooded basement and Roger and his team came out next day and sprayed to disinfect and stop any mold etc. Then as we were able to get the basement to stop leaking, he came back out and cleaned my office and basement and I was simply amazed at the freshness In the air when I came home. I have used Roger before and will use him again for ANY of my carpet cleaning needs. What a great staff of guys to work with to. RK Cleaning cleaned the mess of ducts in my old house and refinished the vinyl floor in my basement. Both services were performed very professionally and Roger and his apprentice were great! They showed up on time, called to let me know when they were on the way, and performed great work. The previous Duct cleaning service showed up with little to no equipment and wanted to charge over double the advertised rate! I sent them away. R&K had the truck with the right equipment; they were quick, efficient and thorough and charged me exactly what I expected to pay, per advertised. Nice personable crew too.

From the appointment to the finished duct cleaning, everything went smoothly. The service tech Adam was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Very satisfied with R-K!

Paid this company to clean 4 returns in my home. This is what i found after their employees left. Large piles of dust left in return. Dust all over humidifier on the inside. Large unnecessary hole cut in brand new duct. Was covered by cheap cardboard and tape.I was very dissatisfied with this service. When I called to let the company know, I was told it sounds like it wasn't done right." I was also told that I would get a phone call about this. That call never came.I have had my ducts cleaned in the past from other companies without these issues. This is the first company that "had" to cut a hole in the duct in order to perform the service.Very dissatisfied."

Our young dog just turned one and contracted a UTI and decided to use our master bedroom carpet as a way to relieve himself. After calling around and talking with different cleaners, all of them painted a grim picture for me. None of them were confident about getting the smell out without having to replace the padding.We only caught about half of the accidents, as the carpet is thick, has a very tall pile height and is darker. The only way to figure out where the smell was coming from was to get down on your hands and knees and whiff it out.These guys were so confident that they were going to be able to get the carpet AND padding smell-free when I talked to them on the phone.During the first visit, we had marked off the areas where the smell was coming from. They were courteous, friendly and very confident. After 4 days, the carpet was dry, but the smell (while way better) remained.I called back and they were back out here in a couple of days. We weren't confident at all that the smell was coming out, but when they showed up, they did their own sniff test prior to cleaning the carpet and I'm happy to report that the smell is completely gone!These folks are absolutely top notch. Will not go anywhere else for my carpet cleaning needs. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism, prompt responses to my phone calls and quick scheduling. I wish there were more companies like this out there!

I used Patrick last wee to clean 4 rooms, stairs and a sofa set. Not only was he very professional but dealing with cheap carpet cleaners in the past I can say R-K carpet cleaning was worth every penny and now I realize why you have to pay more sometimes. Patrick thank you again for your outstanding services and I will use you again in the future.

Had these guys come and do duct cleaning at one of my rentals. They charged me over $200 to stick a shop vac into the vent about a foot. They couldn't take any of the vents off because they didn't have tools. They were going to leave (and fully charge) with out at least doing something to them until one of my workers opened them for them. Now that I have had a professional look at them, I can't believe that I even paid them. They didn't use anything but a shop vac hose to vacuum a bit of the dirt that was visible. Educate your self on proper duct cleaning before getting taken for a ride like I did!
