The experience I had with Original Power Tool was great. Easy, quick and repair was under warranty so it didn't cost me anything. This is where I will be bringing my tools for repair from now on.

Alicia and the staff were awesome. Had an old Dewalt Nailer that was out of warranty. They were able to fix it while I waited. Saved me over $500. Great people great service

The team here has very knowledgeable experience when handling different model and brands of the same tools. They are great at finding new and used parts and will notify you when they add a bit of extra maintenance in areas you wouldn't think of. My drill will last many more years now thanks to them.

I dropped off my Milwaukee impact driver to be fixed, had some electronic issues. My mistake was that I picked up the tool few weeks later after getting the call from them confirming the item was ready for pick up. When I came to pick up the item I could not recognize it. It was so greasy dirty and sticky. I am doing roofing, so my tools are worn but I do not working with oils and dirt. The tag attached to the handle was so worn from dirty hands and exploitations that was difficult to see the inscription on it. It looks like the tag fell off once and was reattached because has staples in two spots. It is a shame thinking you bring the tools to be fixed but they will hardly use them for their needs.... beware....

I walked into this establishment earlier today with a problem. My spot welder was not working. Even though they deal exclusively with power tools the technician agreed to take a look. 1 hour later it was working great with a new power cord and fuse. Could not be happier. Highly recommend

If your looking to wait over a month for your tools to get fixed, then they are not bad. I was expecting a better turnaround time on a simple chuck replacement. Had to call 2 weeks after dropping off to ask about my drill, couldn't find it then called told me they found it and it wasent ready needed another 2 weeks, basically forgot to to do the work. No apologies no nothing. I'd go elsewhere if you can.

Great customer service. Drop my tool and within a hour got a call explaining the issue and the cost to fix. Great part my tool was ready by the end of the day. The owner was working alone in the office but was extremely efficient and pleasant.Thanks

Alicia helped me out with a Milwaukee warranty. She was amazing and went out of her way to do a great job. I defiantly recommend Original Power Tools and specifically Alicia for their exemplary customer service.And just for the record, the review about the dirty tag is ridiculous.
