I had a horrible experience workinv there. The manager who laid me off had a short fuse. I didn't bother to help me learn what was required on the job. I don't reccondmend working there.

The best place to work ever. Management is so friendly and helpful. The place is clean, the products are great and safety of workers are utter priority. I truly hope that one day I will be back for another season. I have nothing but the best memories of Lush and bubbles!

Love their campaign projects focused on environmental, humanitarian and animal testing issues. Vegan products are the way of the future and LUSH has got that down pat!I worked at LUSH as a seasonal employee for about 6 months and loved it. Best job I ever had! My coworkers were amazing, patient and more than willing to teach me the basics of working in the Bubbles room. My team leads, room managers and supervisors were awesome. Enthusiastic, energetic, supportive and more than willing to teach.

Great products hand made. The packaging is beautiful, the products smell delicious. The box come with recycling tips and graphics is very unique. Hand made in Canada. Can't wait to try other LUSH products. Made of natural products and essential oils. The use bright colors in their products. In love with everything from the box to the products. And they send me a sandstone sampler. Great quality products, I recommend any of their products. Keep up the good job guys.

Only get a job here if you're in need of seasonal, general labour without any real responsibility. 75% of management is too busy on the internet and tossing each other's salad to have a legitimate working relationship with their staff. Bullies get away with murder while their targets are gaslit and fired.

Wages aren't great and if you're over 6 foot 3, you'll find the tables a bit difficult. Not sure if that's changed since last year though but never the less, did hurt my hands or back bending.Great staff though (depending on department). I had some issues with a core staff member who didn't like me for some petty reasons because of a tone I used. I work 2 jobs and I'm tired all the time. Sorry my voices sounds the way it sounds.It was okay for when I was really aching for work though.

So much for being an open minded company who's meant to be accepting of everyone. I went for a hands on interview and once they saw that I had a disability that would only restrict me from doing a few things they disregarded me. They told all candidates at once, including myself that they'd receive a call back no matter what they determined and I never even got a courtesy call to say I didn't get the job. Thanks for being discriminatory towards individuals with even minor disabilities.

The product is highly perfumed and gives me a headache. I tried to returned a gift I received - $99.00 plus tax. Had the credit card receipt and knew I was not likely to get a refund but anticipated I could get a store credit. Apparently Lush does not issue store credits. I will now tell the gift giver and have them return the product for a full refund. Lush will lose a sale (although it's doubtful they will care) and I'll be sure to share my dissatisfaction of Lush at every opportunity I get.
