Dima Guruve - I am the sales and operations manager of Symphony Bus International. I think you posted your comment to the wrong bus company. We didn't have any trip for Concordia University in July nor did we or would we EVER cancel a bus on a client last minute. The only reason we would cancel a reservation would be for non-payment, but we still wouldn't do it last minute, but as I stated, you posted your comment to the wrong bus company. NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! We are a group from Student Associations of Concordia University. We reserved a bus with this company to Mont-Tremblant for a weekend in July, 2019. Then we got cancelled by them at Very Last Minute, only couple hours before our departure, and we were not provided with an alternative solution. We had no choice but to cancel our event, despite that we had already paid for our venue in Mont-Tremblant, including hotel for 50 people. Terrible, Terrible experience!!! Wish there's an option for ZERO STAR!
